The hotel is in the old town surrounded by good restaurants,historical sites. The rooms were clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The staffs were super friendly. On arrival, we were welcomed with homemade brownies and also homemade biscuits. The buffet breakfast was so good and satisfying. We really loved our stay. I highly recommend.

A wonderful cosy getaway in the old city centre of Chiang Mai. We loved the spacious room and bathroom. The pool is a great refresher in a hot and humid environment. Breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful and right in the centre close to everything you need. Lovely tucked away accommodation with a pool. The ordered breakfast from the menu was also the most stunning and delicious breakfast I’ve ever had! The staff were super friendly and helpful - we booked the Thai boxing through them and even got all of our laundry washed and dried which was paid by weight so super good value!

Beautiful Villa with air conditioning. Lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Freshly cooked breakfast with fruits and other buffet items. Efficient pick up from airport. Easy meal options at the attached restaurant and many local restaurants. Great tour guide (thanks Vi) for local trips. Clean swimming pool.

Great hotel right in the middle of city center. You can walk all over. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Nice pool. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

location is ideal, close to temple, and in the old town. the sunday market is in the street outside. walking distance to all attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything. the staff are fabulous, they arranged trips and excursions. breakfast is part of tariff and is superb. there's a great pool.

There was a heatwave and the isolation was not optimal.

Cosy rooms with a different style but with all the amenities. Staff was very helpful and nice at all times.

Our particular room was downstairs and under a balcony and so was a bit dark.

The property was old-style which we really liked and right in the middle of old town. The room was comfortable and clean and the walled pool area gave us somewhere to chill when it got too hot! Breakfast had plenty of choice and the hotel happy to make up sandwiches to take away for an early start. The reception team were exceptionally helpful and friendly

The internet was a bit weak in the rooms, but this is a very small issue in such a wonderfully authentic and great value for money , accomodation.

The hotel is really authentic and a wonderful true Thai feeling. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast was very nice and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The swimming pool is beautifully tiled and spotlessly clean.

Quiet, nice garden, nice swimming pool, cool people. We can borrow bicycles and just go around. Good situation with night market on the front street on Sunday night. Clean and good beds. We had the suite for one night and then a normal room in one of the villa. Both were same quality. Small biscuits and water provided. :) thank you soo much

Only downside was the pool needed a cleaning and we couldn't use it when we were there.

Lovely stay with truly beautiful rooms. Everyone is very helpful and the location is also great. Restaurant food was also of good quality.
