One room for 3 people was so so fitting, rooms could be little bit bigger.

I definitely recommend the CREW hotel. The staff went over and beyond to fullfill our requests. The pool was nice and cool and clean. The breakfast was exeptional, all day free water and coffee was cherry on top. Amazing staff as well.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for tourists 👍, and the breakfast is both fancy and flavorful. What surprised me the most was the cozy and relaxing lounge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing property, really good value for money, staff were so friendly. Loved the free cold water readily available anytime, staff were super accommodating, we needed earlier breakfast due to a tour booked and the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us. Breakfast was delicious! The rooms were tidy and clean. We had a lovely balcony too. Very nice, good location would recommend.

A warning about the mosquitoes?! There weren't many, but they did get inside and I get bitten very easily, so a reminder to a tired traveller to use repellant would have been a final finishing touch!

The hotel has clean, well-appointed rooms, friendly staff and offers a good breakfast. It is in a quiet but handy location and offers complimentary bottled water, coffee and fruit throughout the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A little ventilation in room. But it's okay, wasn't a big deal as we stayed 2 nights and faced no problems.

Everything about the stay was great. But specifically the staffs.. Everyone was very very helpful, soft spoken and always ready to help despite of language barrier especially the girl at reception. The best kind of people I have met till date. Lovely.

There are no hooks for towels in the area where the sink is but we used one of the clothes hangers to have the hand towel near ☺️

Fabulous location. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. Rooms are large, bed is comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was outstanding. They changed the breakfast buffet up just enough so it didn't get boring.

Only improvement point would be to add more places for storage in the room, like a small table for toiletries in the bathroom, and possibly an additional chair in the room for two people.

Breakfast was really good! We loved the local selection of foods. The sheets were great as well, breathable and better than some 5 star hotels we've stayed in. Location was convenient to access the various night markets (~10 minute walk to the major ones). The staff were very helpful and always around to provide tips or just have a chat. Thanks CREW!

Just a couple of suggestions The buffet was great for breakfast, I would suggest perhaps some covers for the food that is exposed as flies were landing on the uncovered bits. The poolside rooms, the curtains could be tighter to the windows, they were flapping around with the aircon and could potentially allow everyone to see in the room.

Lovely comfortable modern rooms, Unlimited free bottles of water. Good laundry service. Within 5 minutes walk of the centre, neighbourhood was fine. You may hear the odd person prepping breakfast but didn't find distracting Would 100% stay again

Honestly, everything is good at Crew Hotel. The team is very polite & helpful, hotel is very clean, bed is comfortable and the facilities are all good.

Breakfast served was good, had sufficient choice to be selected. Have variety of fruits, juices, yogurt with selection of toppings, and box milk and soya bean drink. Amazingly the hotel also provide free coffee, tea, chocolate drink, fresh brewed coffee, cookies, cup noodles and fruits for occupants at the ground dining area. Bottled water is refrigerated and this is free flow.
