Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). Best sticky rice and mango smoothie in Thailand The room is basic but has everything needed which was changed daily, and they've setup a super fast Internet connection and table for work as I requested. I recommend to try the local breakfast.

ThailandDidn't like the Pm 2.5 that is happening right now.
We liked how welcoming Noy (owner) is when we first arrived. I was visiting CM for a dental appointment with my two girls (daughters). After checking in Noy recommended some activities nearby that the girls might enjoy without me asking. We drove there and parking was available. The parking area is small but across from the hotel (not far) looks like more possible parking but I forgot to ask about it. Breakfast was also included which we attended around 7:30am. Nothing was sitting out for us to grab other than coffee/tea and some bread for us to toast. Once we were seated at our tables breakfast was then cooked fresh for us, nice and hot. We had scramble eggs, fried rice (chicken or pork), mango sticky rice and yogurt. I'll tell you, that the portions were not small either, we were full. After we had finished our breakfast, Noy was kind enough to ask if we were full or not. Thank you Noy and staff for providing such a warm atmosphere during our stay. You will probably see us again one day :) -visitors from Nan-

United StatesThe rooms were small with very little room for luggage. The bathrooms were "wet" so no separation of the shower from the toilet/sink area. No area to store anything in the bathroom due to how wet it was and no outlet in the bathroom. The beds were very stiff and for me a bit uncomfortable.
This little boutique hotel was a diamond in the rough. The owner, Noy was very helpful and she even drove us to town the fist day! She made us a homemade Thai breakfast every day with Mango sticky rice as dessert! The cost of the hotel was commensurate to what we got. Basic accommodations, clean and very affordable.

The room was clean and comfy, we had a really nice sleep and rest, we liked the bed and the pillows, we had so much energy in the morning. The breakfast was big and very tasty: we had croissant with omelette, yogurt and sticky rice with mango, toasts and drink. We will defined stay again if we come back to Chiangmai.

Czech RepublicIt was truly extraordinary stay since the first day, Mrs. Noy, the owner of the hotel helped us to get the 3 scooters rented in first hour. She was super willing to help us with everything, she speaks perfect english, found us many locations for our trip, anything what we need during ou stay, and in the end she surprised us with Chiang Mai red bus to get to the airport. We was amazed by her good mood and care every single day, and we will alwas remember this stay! Also the staff was smiling every morrning (and continue all day long) when they prepared the breakfast for us....which was the only thing - unfortunately we was not able to eat five courses in a row, even everything was great! :-) Always including some fruit. And no problem with things we need to change in food for our friend with some health issues. In the end we was super happy to get this hotel on a so nice and quiet place with flowers and nature arround and great spirit, instead of the overcrowded center with noise and rush every hour. Thank you for everything and we are looking forward to see you again one day with our families! Pavel, Robert, Václav

ItalyA bit far from the town but if you need to be around here, it's the best one to go for. Plus, the taxi isn't so expensive.
The hospitality is great. The owner is very considerate and flexible. I had to leave early for an appointment. She arranged the breakfast for me earlier and called the taxi for me because it was raining at the exact time after I finished eating. The breakfast was amazing. The experience I had for the price I paid was very price worthy.

Singaporei only stayed one night here but it was wonderful ♥️ the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the bed was comfortable and clean. the bathroom was equipped with hot water and had shower gel and shampoo. bidet available. there was also a fridge and vanity. the breakfast was awesome although i struggled to finish everything alone! the owner is really kind and lovely, i was really well looked after 🥰🥰 it’s a really nice place to wind down away from the bustle of the city. would totally bring my family back here when i’m back in cnx :)

BelgiumIf you want a quiet place with a great host, look no further than De Rose Hotel. Noy was very welcoming and advised us great places to visit. The hotel is a little outside of Chiang Mai central as we wanted a quiet place. Most of the activities send vans for pickup at the hotel so transport to and from the different activities is not an issue. The neighborhood has a market, laundry services and a small leisure area just down the street.
