United StatesBecause of the high and low tide, the best swimming is mid-day when it's very sunny (we were there in summer). The pool should be open earlier and later (7-9 instead of 9-7). There are fewer boat trips available late in the season, but we did have a wonderful time on a private boat, and all the boat rides are fun and have amazing scenery.
Beach location is amazing, we could see the ocean from our room. The meals were very good, including some vegetarian. It is more expensive than mainland but seemed fair because everything needs to be brought in. Some fruits and vegetables are grown on the island and it'd be cool to promote this.

NetherlandsIt has a pool but it’s crammed in the back of the property, no one goes there. The aesthetics of the resort are a bit cheap and outdated, the next door Tanya’s resort is much nicer looking (but also twice the price). They have better sunbeds as well so you can just lay there during the day, no one will mind! You won’t be in your room that much anyway and with this view you won’t mind the looks of your resort!
You’re here for the deserted tropical island vibe and that is 200% what you get. Best view of my life every single day, clearest water ever! This resort is on the very best location on the whole island. It’s also the cheapest resort on the island and has very decent food.

Germany- the hotel itself was very nice - at the beach you need to be aware of jellyfish (can happen on Koh Ngai frequently). Just sth to keep in mind.
Perfect location on Koh Ngai, right at the beach. - Buffett breakfast with good choices - many beach chairs and some shadow (great with kids) - pool was shady after 4pm and good for us to cool down after a day at the beach - very nice staff - daily cleaning - free beach towels - playground for children

The staff were extremely helpful. I had a couple of housekeeping issues and both were sorted within 5 minutes. The boat dropped you off on the beach right outside the resort. The water was so crisp and blue.

FranceWould love to come back to Koh Ngai and to this resort and see refurbishment of the property, the rooms and bathrooms need renovation. Among the staff, few of them did not speak English however thanks to other team members and Google translate we managed to understand each other Would have been appreciated from other resort clients not to book and reserve the loungers and umbrellas all day even when leaving for lunch at other resorts/restaurants.
A special thanks to the manager that assisted from our check in to the check out, he has been really kind to us and always attentive to our requests. Great resort by the beach, perfect location near by the departure of the ferry boat to the other islands Perfect choice for our 3 days in Koh Ngai,

United KingdomAbsolute shambles, property advertising photos we stayed in superior room actually looks nothing like the photos, obviously been taken long before!!! When we asked, is this is really a superior room??? The gentleman who was talking on the phone and completely ignored me, after said “ what is not superior about it?? “ I said that it does not look nothing like in the photo you advertised!!! His answer was the room 101 got this view!!! But we were in room 109 , so our view was cleaning shed. With probably 20 years old air conditioning, was so loud, that it was impossible to have it on!!! Bathroom smells terrible, toilet was l leaking!!! Breakfast was so poor, we can only have omelette that was cooked in the front of us!! Cutlery was like in prison with plastic plates!!! We ended up eating and drinking in near by hotel, with clean tables and proper plates!!!!

PolandNo matter where you stay on this island you will experience something amazing. The peace and quiet, the turquoise water, the most beautiful coral reef I have seen in Thailand, The resort itself, very friendly staff, the fantastic food both at breakfast and in the restaurant they serve through the whole day. We stayed in a standard room. Basic room, air conditioning, fridge. Generally everything you need, but it is very basic accommodation, for the price I expected a little something more exquisite.However, 20m to the beach makes up for everything. Anyway, in a place like this island you do not sit in a room :) you just enjoy your surroundings
