Loved our stay. They hotel was in the perfect location, right in the middle of the famous Sunday night market. The staff were also quite lovely. They were kind enough to store our luggage when we went to the North of Chiang Mai for a night even though we weren’t coming back to stay again. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect! So clean and staff were so lovely. As a family it was great to be able to have our washing done each day. The pool was so relaxing.

Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room promptly. Hotel is located in an idea location close to where tours meet (5 min walk).

It's definitely a bit noisy on the street side but they do give you ear plugs. There are other hotels in quiet place which would be much more expensive. I would still stay there again 😎

Lovely hotel, great friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel does not have a breakfast but has free coffee and restaurants nearby. This is the 2nd time I stayed at hotel and I loved it. They did a little birthday sign for my partner and the cleaning ladies are so sweet.

The shower water wouldn’t get hot at all. Had cold showers.

The location was amazing and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.

Watch-out if you check-in Sunday after 6pm, as it will be not possible to reach the hotel by taxi due to the night market. You will need to walk the last 300-400m sorrounded by a huge crowd.

Nice Rooms, great Location (Even better if you will stay Sunday night, as you will be in the middle of the Sunday Night Market). Fantastic and large swimming pool. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine during the morning.

I think one downside for people is that there's no restaurant at the hotel. They offer complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, but no food. However, this isn't a big problem since there are so many cafes and restaurants in the area. The water pressure/hot water. During our first trip, we had very bad water pressure in the forest shower in our suite. Luckily, there was also a bathtub so used that shower head. We stayed in a smaller suite this time but experienced issues with hot water. It was basically impossible to get the perfect temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

You can't get a better location in Chiang Mai. Literally on the Sunday Walking Street Market. We purposely stay here for each trip so we can experience the Sunday market so conveniently. A lot of spas and coffee shops nearby. Quite easy to take a Grab to go to other places. During April, the pool actually has sun. When we came in December for our last trip, the sun didn't reach the pool. The cost for the sizes of their rooms is very good. Very affordable for larger than normal rooms. Their suites are very comfortable.

All was good enough. Value for money.

Location inside old city. Plenty of restaurants close by. Quiet location. Picturesque pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room size was large with nice balcony. Would stay again.

There were roadworks outside the hotel whilst we were there, which were very noisy, not the hotels fault, I know. Book a room away from the road for a more peaceful stay.

Our room was ground level looking out at the pool a few feet away, and the lobby just beyond that. This means that people in these areas can see right into the room. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. I would recommend a room on a higher floor, but inner court as it was really nice and quiet.

Our bed was extremely comfortable with nice white cotton sheets and duvet cover.
