We were unlucky with our bungalow. It was very old and uncomfortable. They are renovating the resort but some bungalows are still very old. It was a little bit expensive for the room that we got.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast too. Everything was clean. Beautiful island with a very nice, quiet beach and outstanding views.

Gorgeous beach, food really good and lovely staff. Beautifully quiet and tranquil, ideal to unwind. Koh Ngai is a quiet island, lovely to reconnect with nature.

Most staff were amazing, but the lady that checked us in was a bit useless. We gave her our check-out/ onward boat details but on day of departure, noone knew a thing etc... Location is great for total isolation (when the tide is fully in, tgere is no beach - you can chose to get wet (to your waist) and wade down to the beach area, oe just chill at the resort, or go kayaking... but some of the resorts further down don't get cut off at high tide in the same way. (Ans these resorts are set up, so that you cannot walk from one to the next easily) Food options were a little inconsistent. Some great meals, and some mediocre ones.

Beautiful location, lovely room overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Should out to M who was amazing!! Ans the lady running the restaurant, she was awesome too. Nice extras, like massage on site, Kayaks free to use. Resort didn't feel too big or busy, which helped give a nice relaxed feel.

The only thing letting it down is the beach beds sunbeds are super tired and old and uncomfortable. Reception could be friendlier

The room decor was a little tired & the bathroom was pretty basic.

The location and view were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, food tasty but service at the restaurant could be a little slow at times. This wasn't a problem as the overall vibe of the place was very laid back and relaxing.

No real bars/restaurants nearby so ate in the restaurant every night. Made a bad choice with the BBQ Jack fish on 2nd night.

Sun loungers as well as deckchairs would be good. There are only nine beach front villas so it's hard to get one but we liked the view from our upstairs room

The people are the best and treat guests like family. The accommodation is basic, dated, but comfortable, and the aircon worked well. The situation and the view are the best

Our room had a slight damp smell which the air conditioner made bearable

We enjoyed the semi jungle setting of the bungalows and the environmentally friendly theme. The resort has got a very relaxed feel. We enjoyed the breakfast selection with lots of fresh fruit, Thai food and options for cooked eggs. All supplies arrive by boat and we were amazed by the selection of foods for lunch and dinner.

- Poor value for money as with this price we would demand more amenities, eg. pool and overall better ambiance - Room full of mosquitos at night due to leaky windows - Lack of proper beach within the resort - Overpriced restaurant, given other food options on the island - Some breakfast options were missing if you come late (9 am in our case)

+ Seafront house are wonderful, spacious and include very nice terrace, sound of sea heard even at night :) + many sunbeds, swings, etc. by the sea where you can enjoy the island + Great location of the restaurant just by the sea + Very helpful and kind staff, including medical services which were unfortunately needed

The beach in front of hotel have a lot of stones but when walking 500 meters is a perfect sand beach. The wifi is very poor but perfect to relax :)

The breakfast is simple but good with fresh products. They cook for you what you want on time. The place is very quiet and good to relax. Personel is really kind and they have kayak and snorkling kit for free.

The resort is a bit outdated. The beach right in front of the resort is too shallow to swim during low tide, so you have to walk quite some distance for a dive in the water. When we were here it was low season, when there is no island hopping boat, most surrounding places are closed and when also at this resort various things were not available and they are gradually renovating the place, which did not add to the atmosphere.

This resort is nice and spacious place directly at the beach. The snorkeling in front of the resort is ok (they do damage with the boats and fishing unfortunately) and the cabins do blend in ok with the surrounding jungle. The rooms are as presented, with a good bed and well functioning airconditioning, unfortunately we had a cockroach in our room when we arrived, other than that the room was clean. The staff is friendly and some speak some English. Koh Ngai has an amazing view on the Andaman sea with various rock formations in sight from the resort.

Long swim for snorkeling. The beach around has some jellyfish purple, but i don't thing they are harmful.

The room was really nice ! Large bathroom and cozy. The bed had a mosquito net which is really enjoyable. In front of the beach , we could enjoy an amazing view with some trees. You have to swim a bit far for the snorkeling for a fee if you wanna equipment provided by the hotel. The restaurant was good and affordable considering the prices that you may see in other areas around or Phuket. The restaurant's staff was really nice ! The hotel is located on a beach were other restaurants are reachable by walk, so this is a great positive point if you wanna eat somewhere else. The place is charming and quiet in the evening. In overall, in an island like Koh Ngai, i may come back to such hotel.

No pool on windy days. Hard beds and pillows.

Bungalows nicely appointed and cleaned daily. We had a view over the small river and bridge. Delightful. Sadly no pool but they provided good access to the sea and lovely seating under large trees with lots of BirdLife. Food in restaurant good and decent breakfasts. Tom is fantastic in restaurant and thankfully is there.

Excellent location, had a very comfortable beach front cottage. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good. We tended to eat out at the other beachfront restaurants nearby for dinner (lots of good options). Transfers and transport were efficient. Very relaxing.

There was a long delay on processing our check in which was very tedious after 5 hours on four ferries. We were so tired and relieved that at least there was a room for us that we just accepted it. However, when I rechecked by booking they had placed us in a lower grade of accommodation. They agreed to move us that night, but we were too tired. They would not refund the difference, but proposed a reduction in our food bill of the price difference for the first night. Which just about acceptable, but no other compensation offered for their mistake and our inconvenience. Come check out I could not believe that they had not deducted the amount promised. It was very unprofessional that I had to point out that we were allocated a lower grade room, and I had to point out that the agreed bill reduction had not been made.
