The hotel staff were not welcoming and rather rude behaved. Had electricity problem in my room and they were reluctant to fix it.

The location is excellent. Walking distance from Patong beach, Bangla road and Jungceylon Shopping Mall.

Hotel was advertised as renovated in 2023, which is only true for the exterior and lobby, rooms need lot of improvement and owner should reinvest some money back to the property.

It was basically the cheapest hotel in Patong with only 2 people in room and with private bedroom, as we couldn't stay in hostel with other 12 and more people. For that price I can't complain. Must appreciate the location, it was absolutely silent at night, so you get good sleep, as Patong is very busy everywhere else.

No wifi or hot water in the room. They renovated my room and the corridor the same day I checked in. So it smelled of some weird paint or something like that everywhere. Not the best timing to do it.

I rebooked at last moment and shorten my stay to only a couple of nights. The hotel agreed to my last arrangements, but it didn't have to. So nice of them to accept my change of planes. Very customer friendly approach. They agreed to smaller deposit for the keys. Very nice and polite staff. Room made up every day.

Overprised for what the hotel has to offer . No hot water in the room in 5th floor. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. It is not like the photos in booking.com. The breakfast is so poor for the money that you are paying .

The girl at the reception is so kind and helpful , always smiles !she is the only reason why I give 5 points.(i would give less)

There was black mold all over the bathroom sink, they had a sign saying not to flush “Toilet Paper” down the toilet, the remote to the tv did not work, and there were large cockroaches in the room. One was so big that when I hit it with my shoe (Hard) it kept moving on the floor. Also, the elevator was only big enough for one person and was very sketchy like if an inspector looked at it, it would not pass.

Garbage is full next to the hotel The elevator is very old and cannot be used well, it is very slow and small, it can only accommodate one person, and it is scary He asked the hotel owner to send me pictures.. He sent one thing and I was surprised by another Lighting in the rooms is very bad When I saw this thing I couldn't stay one night. He went the Same day to another hotel and paid for it there I do not advise anyone to go there for even one hour. They will not be able to stay because the pictures there are not real.

I like only the location of this hotel.. NO parking area...the room is poor.. the bathroom need to be done when showered there was some water leaking out and wet the floor. the sheet need to be changed as there are too old and furry for the bed and sleep on..

I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world but this was the first time that I curtailed my visit and moved to a neighbouring hotel because of all the problems with the bedroom. When I arrived I was told I was getting the best room in the hotel as I was staying for 24 days, but the fridge wasn't working at first and the air conditioning was never working properly all the time I was there, it was too cold the entire time so it was like sleeping in a fridge. When I asked for it to be fixed I was told that there was a long wait for the technician. But the worst thing was the state of the bed, which was essentially a mattress on top of a wooden stage. Not only was the stage 20cm or more wider than the mattress all the way round, but it was also splintered, with the result that I inadvertently cut both legs while getting in and out of bed. At first the hotel wanted to charge me for getting blood on the bedsheets but later changed its mind when it realised the reason. When I eventually decided I had had enough and wanted a move, the hotel at first said that I would just have to pay for the 12 nights I was there, but when I actually left they told me that Booking.com wanted an extra Bht 7,000 commission and if I didn't pay, they would call the police. I am very dissatisfied and am unlikely to use Booking.com again, as it is quite obvious that the organisation has no interest in checking out the information provided by hotels like this one. If Booking.com had any sense of responsibility I would be be reimbursed at the very least for the commission I was forced to pay.

One of the few things I liked about this hotel was the location - I wanted to be very near all the bars round the Paradise complex, and I was.

Pretty much everything, the bed literally broke on me as I sat on it and got charged 1000 baht to get it fixed. Cheap poor quality wood that falls apart, no lift going up stairs. Noisy and had to pay extra for a guest to stay over 500 baht even tho I asked for two people staying was very pricy for the quality the place was run down.

Good location, the street is quiet and close to the Bangla road area and lots of restaurants, the staffs at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They treat me very well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, I would definitely return.

Came here with friends. Last year I went to Bangkok and I thought the night life there was great, but when I came here I realized that THIS is the place to go to. Even if you don't want to go out, this hotel also has a little bar which I think is a great private spot to drink with friends or your partner. Rooms were very comfy and clean, it had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Wish I could stay longer.

They shouldn't ask for the deposit amount of 100$ when specially the booking is done by Booking.com or any other onlin platform.

The staff was really helpful, they allowed me to check in late night because of my flight and ensued someone is waiting at the reseption. Also they helped in an early morning check out as well. The location was excellent, near Patong beach and may shopping + restaurants option just on a walking distance.
