The property is quite far from the main city but this didn’t bother me as grab taxi’s were available. My only small complaint was the shower head was not adjustable therefore water sprayed directly out of the door making the floor quite wet. Neither of these factors would stop me from booking again. A great find and excellent value for money!

Lovely breakfast area, very modern and good selection on the menu. The pool area was small but enjoyable, and there is a terrace with extra sun beds. The gym is a lovely addition and the staff are very helpful and friendly and helped with booking onwards travel.

The receptionists are super friendly, they always provide me with detailed information. Our family stayed in the one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a nice view to the pool. The apartment looks older than in the pictures, but everything is working as expected, so it didn’t concern us at all. Our 8-year old kid loves the pool and the cats very much and surely we will come back again. Thanks for hosting us.

The pool was really good, was nice and leafy and felt like a resort but was in the middle of town. The beds were comfy and the staff were really helpful and spoke English well.

- not all gym equipment was functional - pool very small and was easily crowded

- spacious rooms with good air con - Breakfast was excellent and the one day we had an early start they prepared a sandwich for us - nice rooftop area - good location for restaurants etc

The fitness centre was good, but some of the equipment could do with some updating; a squat rack would be an ideal addition. Some nights loud music could be heard from a nearby venue, I guess that just comes with life in a busy city.

Great that the hotel isn't huge.Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Pool was great. Being able to get a massage affordably onsite was fantastic.

Nothing really wrong, beyond a generally tired appearance from the reception and beyond

Room was clean, but a little tired. Breakfast was ok, made to order, not buffet style. You were reliant on menu photos, inevitably the actual food did not always look the same, but the staff were pleasant

Such a lovely stay right in the heart of Chiang Mai! I can highly recommend this hotel. I received a spacious and quiet room. There is a well maintained pool downstairs. The staff is super friendly and acommodating, they take their time to help with booking tours and show where everything is on the map. The vicinity of the hotel is very safe and quiet, only 15 mins by scooter from the busy tourist quarter.

The equipment of the room is not very new, however pretty good quality. The hotel is not a very social place, more like a family resort. The pool looks a bit green-ish, but I saw them cleaning it in the morning.

An amazing hotel with an amazing breakfast (not just "milk, toasts and cereals", but a selection of really good options), polite and helpfull staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.

The little room where breakfast is served is lovely but they don’t do lunch or dinner there. The view from our window wasn’t spectacular but it was good for a short stay.

The property was in a good location. It also has use of a washing machine and dryer on site. It’s about a 10 month drive to the local Maya shopping mall which is huge. It was also close to Chiang Mai Zoo which is an amazing place but rent the golf buggy to get around as it’s very hilly.

The small gym was pretty good with a full set of dumbbells up to 25kg but it could do with a few baht spent on it.

We had a nice stay here. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is definitely on older side but still nice! The pool area was good too. We had breakfast one of the days and was yummy. The location is further out from centre but really easy to get taxi or ride into it for cheap price. The staff were also helpful

Very spacious room with modern bathroom, with everything you need. We loved the funky kettle that kept the water hot! The daily turndown was always 10/10 with fresh toilet roll and water bottles being supplied. The gym was great and we had all we need for a great workout & the pool was a fabulous addition. Shout out to the reception staff, always smiley and happy to help - you are able to book a variety of tours through them too which is very handy. The surrounding area is safe, and offers a variety of markets, authentic restaurants and fun bars.
