- the bed is a bit soft - there is noise from the road and roundabout intersection but I face this issue everywhere in Istanbul :D

A bit of wear and tear visible on the walls and around the window sills. The shower door has a lot of mould underneath.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was good. We had our towels and pillow cases changed a few days into our stay and our room was cleaned too. Mineral water was available at all times. They recycle plastic, metal and paper trash.

The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, even arranging for an early check-in at no extra cost. The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet yet supremely convenient area. I will undoubtedly choose this establishment again for my next visit to Istanbul.

The apartment is nice, clean and spacious, but it is time for a small renovation.

Very responsive staff. Food delivery to your room. The food from the in-room menu was delicious. Greatly cleaned and airy apartment. It smelled very fresh when we walked in. 24 hour reception! I would be happy to come back.

Walls are made of cartoon. Noise from the street was too much. But the worst of all was the last night experience. The neighbours decided not to sleep. You can even hear the sound, when the charger of the phone ia plugged or the toilet and the tv and screaming etc. We stayed without sleep until 4 o'clock and had to drive a long way back to Romania w/o sleep. Free parking is in another location. The parking lot is not free and run by some private people. Those people were nice though. Bed was also uncomfortable and noisy.

Location was very good and suitable for us. Moreover close to all kind of activities and restaurants.

The apartment on the 5th floor is outdated and needs some renovations. The beds are comfortable. However, there is not enough sunlight due to the tiny windows. The kitchen is fundamental and not usable.

Very good staff. I especially enjoyed our nice communication with Mr. Ekrem as he was always there whenever we needed help. If I am going back to this hotel that should be because of the pleasant experience I had with Mr. Ekrem.

A communal odor from drainage system, especially when it rains,”. The odor come in through the bathroom outlet. However, the gave us air freshener and explained it was perculiar to the environment.
