The decor was tired and there were old fittings and bare wires everywhere. The hotel seemed to be overstaffed and did not cater to international travellers. (Very few of the staff spoke any English.) The location was great in terms of being relatively near the airport but it is a long way from the centre of Ankara.

The hotel has a definite style and it was great to see a complete honeycomb on display for breakfast. Our room was clean and huge. (It appears to have been two rooms knocked into one.) The gifts of biscuits and fresh fruit was nice.

The hotel looks good inside but the rooms need to be renovated: furniture is old, carpets are with spots. But it's OK for this price and for 1 night. There're was no water in the whole hotel when we arrived at night so we couldn't even wash our hands - but in the morning it was OK.

Location: nice hotel to stay for 1 night when you have connecting flight. Close to Esenboga airport - about 60 TL by taxi. Breakfast: good enough for this price. Also there're some coffee-points where you can get free coffee or tea while you're waiting for your flight. Free activities for children: game machines, cartoons. Also there's a big aquapark outside the hotel (150 TL), but there were too many people so we didn't use this option. Friendly staff.

the facilities are old and worn out. they clean ur room super early when u go down for breakfast which I don’t like I prefer it done later on in the day. the most of them don’t understand English and there was no coffee or tea in the room I saw in the menu it additional yet there is a kettle and cups in the room. the WiFi did not work in the room

The interior has come to age and not all is in good shape anymore. The restaurant had only one standard meal due to Ramadan.

How much space I have here? A very worn out and dated hotel. My main issue of complaint is the climate control. I can understand that the airconditioning system is not set to summer conditions yet. Hence, I switched it off. However, the central system continued to blow hot (28 degrees) air into my room. I complained, but apparently that could not be stopped. I managed to get some sleep by moving the heavy matrass to the floor, just at the open door to the balcony. My feet were hot and my head was cold. There were many more technical issues. Also, the staff does not speak any English, which is remarkable for a hotel close to the airport of Turkey capital Ankara. My recommendation; DO NOT STAY HERE.

Absolutely horrible place. Like a ghost house. Most of the rooms were empty with doors open and beds up because of humidity problems in the hotel. Hotel is very old and demands huge investment for repars and functionalities. Pool Impossible to use. Cold water, dirty, old.

The hotel's address is incorrect: they state they're near the airport, but the address is actually a gas station. We had to go back to the airport and get a taxi to reach the actual address. And we were not the only ones tricked like this. So that's why I give a very low rating for the hotel, even the hotel itself is OK.

Run down place. Looks like it hasnt been looked after for 20 years or so. Carpets were very dirty. cracks in walls. Flies everywhere.

Breakfast was ok. Lots of choices. But the whole hotel along with the dining room was full of flies.

everything from reception to room service. first of all is was far from from 5 star, dirty carpets in the room, the mini bar was empty.. We ask to buy water and they were like its in the mini bar but ot was empty. stuff spesks no English it was frestraying.
