It would be better if breakfast started earlier, for people who get up early. More choice would be good, for example, yogurt.

Good location. Close to the centre and beaches. Close to shops. Breakfast was good. Coffee was lovely. You can drink complimentary tea and coffee during the day. Rooms were clean and tidy. There was a minibar and a balcony.

The pool is smaller than i expected, and sometimes the room smells like barbeque smoke if you open the windows because of the nearby restaurant. We had a room on the first floor.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. It is located very close to downtown and any touristic attractions. We're definitely coming back 😊

The beds were too soft and the sofa was really old even the sofa springs did come up so that you could feel them too. Hopefully they will fix that problem soon.

The location was really good. The personnel were friendly. Very young, but nice and plightful. The room was comfortable and the shower was good as well. I did have a family room.

The only thing I could think of is that I would have liked if a small fridge was a bit cooler. Really a minor thing.

We were stayin in the end of October. It wasn't very busy. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location, few minutes from the city center. Breakfast was nice, but the biggest plus was the staff. 2 Young boys working on the reception (morning and night) you were always welcoming and smiling. Good service goes a long way. I can't remember the boys name, something with "S", who was working in the day shift. My daughter was always so happy whenever she saw him. I would really recommend this place

Everything was fine. Room was pretty big and beds was also pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good not big but enough to get full. Almost every day it was changing. There is a beach in 5 minutes but you better walk 20 minutes to cleopatra beach which is amazing!

Breakfast was a little bit boring. No cold drinks or juice , only water and a coffee/tea machine. There was only hard boiled eggs , and no soft boiled eggs. And pour quality of bread.

Relaxing and comfortable bright rooms. The whole hotel is so elegant and beautifull. I wanted to pay for my one breakfast I had during my stay at check out , but one of the staff let me have that breakfast for free..So kind of him. Great Location , near the Beach , shops and Restaurants. I will love to come back again. Dear staff thank you for everything 😍

The hotel is as the picture shows. The room were clean and the staff was kind. But if you want to lay at the pool there will be sun from 12-14 and then you have to go to the beach.

Breakfast was overall good, however coffee is not good, they should invest into a better coffee machine. Also there is no fruit juice.

The location of the hotel is great, close to beaches, close to old town. It is nicely renovated, outdoor pools are great. Overall experience is better than expected.

Great hotel in the city center, everything is in walking distance. Very clean and fully equipped rooms, both pools were also clean. Great Wi-Fi. Every staff member we encountered, from the check-in to the pool bar staff or cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The breakfast was little bit poor but delicious. Overall 10/10, will definitely stay here if we will travel to Alanya again

The breakfast window is to short 8-10am, so we skipped it a couple of times. Would have also preferred some juices with the breakfast.

Very central location and walking distance to the beach. Very clean an comfortable rooms. However what makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. For Pinar; Adam thinks you are the sweetest lady he met and he will miss you :)

I highly recommend the venue for staying with friends or family! Amazing location, everything is close. Sea side is 5 mins walk, shopping and bars 5-7 mins. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful! Thanks guys on the bar and lobby area. Cleaning personnel very friendly. If you're not looking luxury but nice place to stay close to everything then feel free to book it! Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Bed is quite comfortable. Not a big but nice and clean swim pool. Thank you guys ❤️
