I needed a blanket as felt cold the first night but the office closed straight after we arrived at 5:30pm, they supplied me with one on the 2nd day. The first apartment had a shower with doors that didn’t close properly, the bed head wasn’t attached and it felt neglected. There was also no safe. This is why we paid for an upgrade.

The apartment we were given on arrival was not good, it was situated opposite a factory that had big funnels blasting out air all day and night. We therefore paid to upgrade to a 2 bed duplex on the 1st floor overlooking the swimming pool which was perfect and very well equipped.

No room service. We got towels on our first day and we got no fresh towels afterwards. After several times asking we got fresh ones. The apartment wasn’t clean and the bed is small for a couple and not comfortable. I wouldn’t go there again.

- Apartment was advertised as sea view but in reality we were at the back of the complex and had no sea view - our apartment was on the west side of the property and our bedroom was directly facing a road on which heavy vehicles were starting to drive in the early morning

The employees, didn’t help at all with our luggage even they saw we were 2 ladies, so we had to drag our luggage from the main entrance to the last building ourselves, it was a long walk.

The bathrooms need an update and a deep clean . The sunbeds around the pool have no cushions which means you are lying on hard plastic. I

The gardens are very pretty and the private beach is excellent. The cafe / bar is really nice serving turkish food and burgers etc. The dolmus bus stops outsie the complex which means to you can go to Fethiye Town, they run every 10mins .

The water went off once for a few hours. Had a power cut and needed matches to light the gas. The cleaner used a lot of bleach and left bleach inside the mugs when we had a free clean as we stayed over 2 weeks. The bottom sheet did not have a high cotton content on some of the beds. No top sheet provided just a thick woven sheet which we did not mind but some of our family did. Only one blanket for 6 people. We could have asked for more to be fair. The patio door needs careful closing as we found that sometimes we had not locked it properly and could still get in. There was loud music from the hotel site next door. If you use a bank card or credit card for over 750 TL contactless payments in |Turkey the card will not work for another contactless transaction. Worth noting when using buses etc. As we found out with a cross driver. There is no facility to enter a pin on the buses.

The pool was close to the apartment and very clean. Large 3 bed apartment and has good cooking facilities pots and pans, lots of cutlery, grater, big fridge freezer, hob with gas and electric. Next to the beach. Good security. Staff sorted the key safe for us and eventually brought us a microwave as listed in what is provided. Our son in law left his wallet on a bus and the staff helped to locate the Otogar so he could pick it up. They printed our boarding passes. Not much smoking by the pool which was great. Sun beds available on the beach and by the pool. The bus to Fethiye was 12 TL if you used a bank card to pay.

No one even asked if we need a cleaning during our stay. It would be nice to put some basics like a small soap or 1-2 tablets for a washing machine, even as a paid option, like for 3-5-7 days stay etc. Because when you're traveling you don't want to spend time shopping some cleaning products.

We got a great 2+1 apartment with BBQ zone at the balcony. It was clean and nice, no insects like in other reviews or dirty towels. We wanted to extend our stay and they gave us same room at the same price, which was satisfying. Huge territory with villas, big swimming pools and besides that - overlooking the sea, so you just cross a road and that's it. Great option for a vacay. Cute stray cats as plus and as minus, they slept at our balcony (2nd floor) and tried to become part of our family, sometimes being too pushy and too needy.
