Hotel has great location near grand bazaar and other sights. It can be relaxed in nice spa, sauna, pool, massage, hamam. Also breakfast is very good prepared, very diverse, omlette from the kitchen stuff is the best one. Stuff is polite, kind, helpful..

Air conditioning seems to be non-existent even though it was running and only hot air was coming out of it. I did not use the spa and gym facilities. The hotel room service food prices are way more expensive which I'm not sure why. Apparently Istanbul are not cheap anymore since food prices around the hotel area with good google ratings reaching 30 euros per person.

The room was very very clean and spacious and I was given room upgrade during the check-in which was really appreciated and thanks for that. I hope the rooms can be renovated since for me it was really outdated if I compare the way how the hotel lobby look like. Hotel location was good as well which is nearby the main tourist area.

Walls in the room should be more isolated, but i had a good sleep. Didnt mind.

Nice lobby and rooms were modern. Very friendly staff. They gave us free upgrade to the room. Balcony rooms view is stunning. Location is perfect.

Minor niggle .... The was a loud prayer call from outside at 5:20am which woke our jet lagged selves up. We realized the patio door wasn't fully shut, but could still hear it a bit even after shutting the door. Despite that we're still glad we chose this hotel for our Istanbul stay.

The staff were very friendly. They upgraded us to a nicer room. The hotel is a really, really good value for the price. Breakfast was delicious. The location is great. You can easily walk down the main street to the Grand Bazaar and further down to Sultanahmet for all the sights.

I don't remember how many times I stayed here. There are innovations in the hotel every time I come. There are many types of rooms. You are always upgraded to better rooms for free. In addition, friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast, size of the room.

A little worn, and the breakfast is the same every day, no variation, however it was possible to find something to eat.

Nice and helpful personnel. Situated very centrally. We made a mistake in the ordering on booking, reserving two rooms for 4 people, but we were 5- it was no problem, we were upgraded and given two connected rooms, free of charge, very good service.

the night reception staff was very rude and finds it difficult to communicate in English. The swimming pool service is very poor compared to others.It is only freee form 12-6 pm and you have to pay to be there till 8pm and as business people we would like to go there late evening. Most other swimming pools are free till at least 10pm and open form 7am. Please extend it as you can hadly use it between 12-6pm.

I hated the reception, very unfriendly staff. The room constantly smelled bad coming from the toilet. I changed rooms but the one I got also smelled bad I just had to manage it. Hated coming back to sleep. Breakfast was the same, basic they only catered for Turkist people. A rude staff told me and my family to keep quiet while in the reception area, very racist. From someone that is very well travelled they were not professional. The cleaners did not clean well while you’re staying there. Hated the whole experience couldn’t wait to leave.
