Deserts were too sweets n tasteless So much food so much choice for breakfast n lunch n dinner good variety’ sad thing too much free alcohol lol n we don’t drink ‘and non veg was all beef but in the end of our stay they added chicken variety n one lamb curry ‘ i think people will still enjoy ‘ oh omg how can i forget rhino club perfect for kids starts at 8 till 12 midnight’ my daughter went few times for few hours n she was in love with it ‘ staff in the rhino club is just beyond expectation and every single staff in hotel is so helpful ‘ i was shocked to see how much hard work they do ‘ honestly one person I don’t like on reception don’t know his name otherwise not a single person was rude except him . Very well organized its unlimited drinks n food ‘ lots of salad variety’ lots of fruits its worth the money 🥰markets are not too far in 300 lera you can travel to market n in 25 dollar u can travel to airport ‘ must visit old town ‘ land of legend is not too far in 600 you can travel to land of legend ‘ i will not suggest to go inside just go to the shopping centre where the canal is n boats n shows n night time is amazing ‘ please be careful when u visit salon in swandor they rip you lol they will make u fool we spend 40 euro to do braids for my daughter mid length by evening it was all messy n started to open becoz they used all sorts of diff length left over strands so be careful n they will ask you wash n blow dey 30 then you end up paying 60 🤣🤣just 20 euro for using conditioner n she was forcing me to buy conditioner which was 10 euro for example i searched online n she was saying i will do a good deal n give u in 45 lol🤣they will keep adding prices so big scammer🤣kids will definitely enjoy n 6 pools ‘ 4 to 5 bar omg don’t forget ice cream lol we used to get frappe n mix with ice cream which they serve next to beach just opposite their one of resturant ❤️

The air-con settings, it didn't allow to keep the temperature to 21-22C, as it keep switching itself off. They said to keep the temp to 5C to keep it running, but that made the room too cold

The kids room seemed a bit dark with no natural light, some of the stuff could get some English lessons, as it is difficult to communicate with them as they don’t talk any English. Also bookings.com should update the guest list with the vote as they didn’t let us in after one of our outings as the security list just said 2 guest.

The resort was clean and tidy, we loved the Rino kids club was amazing for the kids, the beach being next to the resort was very nice. Food was good but would like to see more separate restaurants to have more dinning options.

Everything was so amazing couple of small tiny things like bathroom faucet was a bit dated and not easy to work with and mini fridge in room was not replenished everyday

Excellent facilities including smallest of details like beach umbrellas , excellent entertainment , elaborate and very tasty food even for vegetarians including 100s of items in buffet

Stayed in royal seginis for 10 nights and day before flight home saw an offer on booking.com about this place less than half price so decided to miss flight and stay 5 days there . Couldn’t really fault it only downside is it’s quite out of way from anywhere and shop on site is ridiculous. £50 for a bottle of sun oil . £25 for a pack nappies . £60 for a inflatable for baby for pool . I’m a picky eater and food was brilliant , attention to detail throughout the hotel is unreal although I would say more if a 4 star not a 5 star .

The staff were less welcoming as I've expected. One of our nights at the hotel, the room was too warm and I've asked if they could provide a fan, since according to the receptionist that only warm air was being circulated in our building. Unfortunately, they did not bring in a fan despite calling twice for it. We had to sleep sweating that night. Additionally, it says in booking.com that we are entitled to a 20 Euro credit during our stay but to my dismay there is no such thing as per the receptionist. Moreover, there was no karaoke despite being featured in booking.com.

The food was exceptional and the facilities were comfortable and accessible.

Sometimes they didn't clean the corridors outside or the elevator. Weighting luggages can be done only by paying. It is unacceptable in a structure of this level.

The guest relations girls, Nagima and Valeria were exceptional in their work and helped us with all our troubles. Food buffet was big and tasty

Security issues. We had a man pee'd on our room door at 2am..he was so drunk and was trying to open the door and then slept in front of our door. He also vomited there. His urine came inside our room.Our room's phone wasn't even working to call the security. I reported it 5 times to guest relations and tried to make official complaint about it. Didn't get any reply till date and its been a month.
