Very near MRT Station and Ximending Shopping

Room is small with only space for 1 luggage. Bed pillows have a foul smell but was replaced. Bathroom is small too more so at the lavatory area.

Location is the best for this hotel just outside the Ximen Train Station exit 4 and 5. Room is clean and cozy more so the bed so comfy. Aircon is cold and quiet. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. Strong water pressure and hot water is hot.

1. Our room had a leakage. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because of this. 2. The breakfast option were mostly Chinese food. I wish they had more option for their international guests. And the food menu during our breakfast were the same everyday. Hope they can do something about that. I also ordered grilled pork during dinner with them, THE PORK WAS EXTREMELY RAW. We complained however the staff didn’t do anything about it. We were disappointed with that.

The hotel is right next to the MRT exit 5. We enjoyed staying here because it was easy for us to walk around the city at night.

It was quite upsetting to find out that making local calls was chargeable upon checking out. It was not communicated that even local calls will be charged and I was charged NTD $45 for a 1 min call.

This property is conveniently located near the MRT exit 4 and right across the street is Xi Men Ding. The hotel checkout time is at 11am but they offer luggage keeping services which is helpful since check out is so early. Check-ins and outs are relatively fuss free and we did not have to wait too long. Rooms are a tad squeezy for 2 pax but the convenience of this location was a priority for us instead of having a spacious place.

The area where breakfast was hosted daily gets super crowded and it was challenging to move through the crowd. The lock on my room door malfunctioned a few times and I had to go down to check with hotel reception staff to change the keycard.

The room was comfortable, albeit small. Good aircon system that cut out noise from the streets. Hotel staff were very nice and patient.

The breakfast was average. Tried the semi-buffet restaurant in the hotel, definitely won’t recommend trying. Out of the four days, the family room was only made up once. The staff were really slow. The other room (double room) that was about 4 rooms down the same floor was ready long before.

Convenient location, walkable from ximending. Great customer service at the hotel lobby. The family room is quite big and cosy for four pax.

Washing basin is outside the toilet/bathroom. Very unusual. Room and table are small.

Location is excellent. Less than 5 mins to Ximen station exit 5. Great connectivity to metro, railway and HSR. Breakfast's variety is great. Cleanliness of room and staff politeness are within expectation.

Not easy to find child friendly chairs and no staff to manage sitting arrangements for breakfast buffet.

Everything was super ok.. i just saw dust at top of the fridge and even the hair dryer got dust..pillow to soft.. should have extra pillow..

- wifi was very weak - somehow the aircon can’t really be adjusted - breakfast time is crazy crowded - most disappointing of all, they charged me cleaning fees for accidentally dirtying the pillow with ONE tiny drop of blood (chapped lips)

Breakfast is over-crowded and therefore almost a stressful experience.

Comfortable room in a perfect location for exploring Taipei. Perfect meaning right next to MRT. Walking distance to the line-bus to Jiufen. Rooms and beds are comfortable.

The size of room is too small (probably depend on option that you chose). The price is too expensive when compare with this room size. Cannot even conveniently open the luggage in the room. My room has table but no chair (Fortunately, I found the working table with plugs in lobby which can be substitutes).

Hotel location is the best, just a few steps from Ximen metro. I can see the hotel building easily from Ximending. The breakfast is good (not that much western food but lots of Asian food). The room has everything that you will need. I feel very safe like sleep in my own home. Good place for relaxing from a day trip in Taipei. Also, the bathtab with hot water is so comfortable. Good place to come with old people. There are elevator and escalator.

Room is small and toilet has no bidet. The corridor carpet has stains. Thin walls. I can hear people talking along the corridor.

The rooms were not cleaned. the carpet floors are stained and are not vacuumed. The bidet of the toilet was not working despite us reporting it.
