Chairs made a lot of noise on the tiled floor when they were moved by people in other suites around me.

Breakfast offered a good choice of cereal. cooked and bread/cakes. Plenty of drinks and helpful staff.

OH MY God! The music blared until 5 am Monday morning. The base kept banging for hours. Who parties so late on a Sunday night? No mosquito netting in my room, which is necessary in a malarial zone.

It’s close to the airport and I have stayed here before. The pool is clean. The grounds are well-tended.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, the food was great, the Hotel is situated in a perfect cove, the entertainment the DJ the live band were fantastic. We shall be going back. From Laura and I thank you for a fantastic weekend

Nothing to be honest! Being on lake front, The place is just superb!

Room was large comfortable size with big screen flat TV. Had additional seating beyond chair at desk and comfortable queen double bed. Very clean. I will be going back in a few weeks and will recommend to anyone that I know to stay at Malaika Beach Resort!

This place is so wonderful that you just don‘t want to leave and want to enjoy every inch of it. It is huge but every single detail is so well taken care of, that one doesn‘t stop being amazed how they maintain it so well. It lies right on Lake Victoria with its gorgeous views , so you enjoy cool breeze most of the time and have friendly staff members that do their job flawlessly. You have a huge infinity pool that looks over the lake and it is really cold so be prepared to get a bit chilly))) No words about the rooms, the villas are just perfect, it cannot get more comfortable than that, with a huge bathroom with hygene articles that you didn‘t even think you might need, super clean shower with good water pressure and plus a bathtub. In the room itself you will find your enormous bed and a tasteful couch/armchair that invite you to chill the whole time, a big wardrobe where you can unpack 3-4 suitcases and a beautiful dressing table of a retro style which is definitely a gift for women especially. As if this all is not enough, you have also a balcony - again with comfy chairs where you can enjoy the singing of various kinds of birds, listening the water sounds from the small waterfall and enjoy the beauty of mysterious Victoria. We would really really love to go back to this Garden of Eden one day. By the way, ‚malaika‘ means ‚ angels‘; I guess it is really angels that take you there because you get a heavenly rest.

Some staffs are not trustful. The laundary staff and room service staff need to follow the policy and rules of the management otherwise the image of the property will be spoiled by those few staffs .Room ordo need to work on it by putting aroma , door key need to be upgrade because the property has great value

Location of the property is extremely close to airport, food was tasty and delicious, especially breakfast buffet had huge variety of options, the property environment is marvelous , the staff at reception was kind, professional and reliable . Price is reasonable I will definitely go back again and again

The only complaints were with the fluctuations in shower water pressure and lake flies in January.

Felt like luxury done right. They have made everything well. Everything was superb. They welcomed us like royalty and cared for us like family. It's a 5 star establishment at 4 star prices. Great value, great service, probably the best in Mwanza.

I didn’t like the Spa and the fact that parents aren’t allowed to supervise their own children in the kiddy pools.

I liked the water park for kids and the buffet breakfast. We stayed for one week over the Christmas/New Year holidays with our kids and had a really relaxing time.

The little" step" leading to the women's bathroom is not visible. I almost fell. It is a huge accident waiting to happen! ! Also, I noticed someone smoking in the lounge. It made it very difficult for me and my friend to remain in the same area or even in the restaurant. This is extremely unhealthy, not to mention how inconsiderate that guest was! Besides that, your place is pretty nice.
