The air conditioner didn't work.

My only criticism was as I am British a kettle in the Room would have been good 👍 as I do like a cup of tea 🍵, apart from that everything was spot on.

Staff were really helpful and friendly 🙂, location was good 👍. And the food in the restaurant was exceptional,well presented and value for money. Would definitely use again 👌👍

The only thing I felt to be an issue is that the bed was not comfortable to me, but I don't think I would have noticed it in my more youthful years. ;)

Locastion. The breakfast was good and the facilities were more than adequate. When visiting Lviv, the hotel does not have to be super lux, because the idea of Lviv is to get out of the hotel and experience this great city. Thus, the location of Hotel Lviv is its biggest asset. The hotel is situated within a very short walk of the center square, just a few meters away from the opera theatre. For the price, you can not find a better location... period! Also, it has parking that is easy to find if you set your navigator app to the correct address of the parking lot (Khutorivka Street). You will need to tell the parking attendant that you haven't checked in yet (if you haven't), but that you plan to. He doesn't speak English so be prepared.

It can get stuffy and hot in summer. The air conditioner worked and solved the problem. So, in general the experience was good. The breakfast was also good. Eggs, cereal, sausage, salads... Quite predictable and good quality meals.

The hotel is classic, with the traditional interior. The room was clean and my window overlooked the city. The view was lovely.

Pretty nice location, and one of the few places near the center with safe, guarded parking. The rooms are clean and quite nice.

The staff adequate in their jobs but not dynamic. They need training. The breakfast was OK but a but very overcooked and a strange combination of foods.

The hotel was simple and clean but a bit Soviet in manner. The location is to die for. I will stay there again with pleasure

The staff wasn't that welcoming. Upon arriving at the reception, they hardly answered any of my questions. Coming to a country where there is a conflict, I was surprised they did not give me any information. Not a good impression. The TV did NOT work. It was showing me all the time, "no signal."

Excellent location, very close to the National Opera. The closest supermarket is only 1 min of walk, right around the corner. I was staying in a single-bed room, but it was comfy, and everything seemed to be clean.

They could have moved me to a much less expensive room the first two nights of my stay once they saw I was traveling alone. Instead, they kept me in the large room and only reduced the price slightly. When I asked them if I could move to a smaller room later, they moved me at a much better price. But for what I paid for the first two nights I could have stayed the whole week.

A bit noisy, especially when opening the window. And I could hear the people next door one of the nights.

Friendly staff who speak English. A safe feeling, without being overprotective. The location is perfect, and the higher floors have a view towards the city and its churches and hills.
