Walls between rooms are super thin. If someone is speaking a bit louder in another room, you can all hear it. Imagine than when someone else is opening/closing the door. Think about this if you are a light sleeper.

Backyard, no loud traffic around, kitchen, tabletennis.

It’s one of the nicest hostel I have been to in a long time and in Ukraine it is the best ! Modern , clean and comfortable beds. Very good location near all major attractions. However I must the staff here is A One. ! The best hospitality. And easy to communicate most of them speak decent amount of English. I had an unfortunate incident in town where my wallet was stolen . The staff showed me great support and compassion and let my friend from Denmark pay for one night that I still owed the hostel and gave me some extra cash so I could get by till I got my card sent here to Ukraine from the US. Sofia , one of the managers was so kind and went with me to the police station and waited almost an hour to translate for me and write the report. Kudos to Z One hostel. I wish all hostels would provide this kind of service. Thank you Z-One hostel for everything.

The beds are too short (probably around 188cm), and I (191cm) could only lay diagonally on my back or in fetal position. The paper toilet sits dispenser was empty during both of my stays. Though, on the first one they refilled it on the day before my check-out. The common areas like kitchen and bathrooms were relatively dirty (because of the visitors, not property's fault, they were cleaning it quite regularly). Many small things were broken, but not enough to cause discomfort. When someone smoked in the inner yard, the smell penetrated the room through an open window quit easily. The bed's mattress were too soft (to the extent that starts causing discomfort) and I could feel the mattress' strings in my feet. The staff said that they change bed linen every three night, but apparently the cleaning staff took a leave, as my bed linens weren't changed during either weeks that I stayed (two separate stays for about six days) .

My second stay here. I also extended my stay and it costed much less at the property The staff was very nice, they all seemed like good people. The rooms were clean. The bed was clean. I would recommend this establishment and will visit again. The sockets in the bed were quite handy.

Some of the guests were too drunk and shouting, but it's not a hostel's guilt, of course.

Cool design, very nice admin staff, pretty nice inner yard for smokers. Many cool guests too, will definitely come again if I'm in Lviv.

I ended up in a room with 2/3 guys that were not best friends with soap & shower and due to this room was smelly. Obviously, this is not the fault of hostel but it kind of ruined my stay..so maybe before you check in just double chek ur room to be sure will not ruin ur stay there :)

Good location, restaurated buiding and generous area. The not-so-slim girl from reception was very kind and helpful with the tourist information and doing her job very well. Courtyard area to talk, eat, chill and relax. The room was clean and good, nice colors on the wall, decent. I give it an 8.

I would give this place a perfect score but, for whatever reason the shower drains remeained clogged for several days when they could have just ran some liquid drainer.

Cleanliness is pretty great, the rooms all have light bright themes and are well organized for comfort and privacy. The staff was super helpful.

At the time of my stay it was almost always fully booked, could hear drunk and swearing people in neighboring rooms. Also the sound from inner yard comes through. Small curtains over the bed, always left some space either on one or the other side.

Friendly staff, electronic keys to the room, elevator was very helpful as I was with a heavy luggage. Clean showers and basins, nice curtain on the window, inner yard with a cool design and where you could chat with people a bit. Nice location, almost in center and easy to find. Laundry service was alright. Special thanks to admin Serhij, resolved for me many little questions and very helpful in general. 24 h open so coming after midnight, or getting out in yard, wasn't a problem. Nice interesting guests were in my room, made a few friends. Definitely the best place in Lviv, from all I tried. Yellow walls design was very upbeat and gave nice optimistic feeling to my stay.

It was a bit hot during our stay. There is no AC, and no fan was offered. The window in our room opened to allow air in, but during the sunny hours it didn't help much. We left the window open even though there was no screen -- but there were no bugs. To let you know how nice the place is, the only real fault we found is that a few walls need a new coat of paint.

The location was a nice, safe street, and a comfortable walk from downtown square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided many options that were as beautiful as they were delicious -- and cooked/served right on time. The space is well designed and cheerful with small personal touches of humor and whimsy. The furniture is basic, but good and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Our stay was so pleasant we almost want to rate it according to hotel standards rather that a hostel.

There is anything I can comment on this. I will absolutely stay there again when I can travel Lviv next time.

The communication is everything when you travel alone. The staff were amazing in communication. They were so helpful. They smiled every time they saw you. The room got cleaned everyday, and the bed was comfy and the room was also nice.

The doors to the hostel rooms stick have electric locks which are very loud, it makes impossible to sleep well at night if you are sleeping next to the door. I woke up every time someone unlocked the door. It's good for security to have the locks but please look into making them quieter

Common toilets and bathroom was not clean enough especially in the Covid-19 period. Also there was a staf who work in reception. She was rude sometimes. She need to get trained about how to be polite and have professional communication against people who stay at the hostel.
