The pool that is on the property is not filled. The outside of the building has visual damage and needs repairs. The bathroom has visible mold. Drywall has visual damage. The toilet was new but the upgrades are poorly installed. The furnishing are outdated and poor quality. Towels were rough and the bed sheets had holes in them. The lady that checked me in did through a Plexiglass window. Scary

The flooring in the main area was new and the toilet is new. There was nothing else.

Swimming pool was empty - out of service. No complimentary coffee in the rooms or lobby. Room was hot and stuffy when we got there and took a long time for AC to cook room down.

They said that we'd have breakfast in the offer but it is not real. They didn't have it. They didn't tell us when we checked in, but when next day when we asked for it, they told us that everyone knew they didn't have it 'cause of COVID-19, but clearly we didn't.

It was close to our meeting. It was reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant.

Found beer in door and up in freezer part of refrigerator and ice two inches thick hanging out of freezer department. Also found empty toilet paper roll against toilet in floor. The bed looked like it was spread up instead of smooth. Wondered if changed or just made up. No Kleenex in vanity countertop compartment. I have been to this hotel and recommended before don't know if short staffed or new management but will be reviewing reason before going there ever again

The curtains and carpet were filthy. There was a huge water stain on our ceiling. The main light when you walk in was burnt out. The fridge didn’t work. There were a lot of cracks in the walls and patch work. The pool wasn’t open.

The staff is extremely rude when we checked in. Our room was hot and muggy with a moldy smell when we walked in. The room was also crawling with insects.

The room was a bit gross. A few bugs and the room wasn’t stocked properly. There was almost no toilet paper.

The pool was shut down and there was no notice of this anywhere, until you arrived and saw it. Both rooms had a horrible odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dead roaches under the beds. You could not get into the lobby at all, not even for coffee, and the rooms did not have a coffee maker.

The location was okay, no problems with that. The ac cooled really well, after it had been turned on and ran for a few hours and the sun went down.

I just stopped to sleep on my way home. I got up to use the restroom and saw COCKROACHES!!!! At that moment I just packed my bags and LEFT. Drove on home. the whole property was unappealing

The staff was terrible. We waited for the booking to show up online because I told her I had already paid through the website and that it was actually 5 dollars more than what they would have charged. She then charged my card a second time for the full amount and told me it’s because I never told her I paid. There were bugs all over our room. They advertise free breakfast but you’re not allowed in the lobby. The man there when I tried to get my money back and showed him the two transactions basically told me I was lying and walked away and when I wouldn’t leave he got someone else. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’d rate 0 stars if I could
