The lodge rooms we stayed are a bit dated - especially bathroom given the amount of money you pay for

Very elegant boutique hotel with 5-star guest experience. Bunch of activities to do at the hotel. Great service in terms of room cleaning and amenities. Perfect location!

From the moment we entered our suite it felt like being in a little cottage, even though we had the suite room only. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the little gifts left for us to enjoy were so thoughtful and added a special touch to our stay. We did the Introduction to Sound Healing, which was so relaxing and I recommend that. The view of the creek from the restaurant and bar is so tranquil to observe. The little duck beach is perfect for meditating and listening to the creek is so peaceful. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and most of the trails.

Fantastic bar area/verandah with views of creek and mountains. Service was fantastic!! Room and small details/gifts were amazing. Lots of activities too. Excellent location right in Sedona. Would highly recommend.

While we stayed there were a lot of repairs that were being done around the property which did not give us quiet enjoyment of the property, including drilling while in the spa. Some of the areas were a bit tired looking. Additionally we had some thermostat issues in our room. Staff were attentive but at times distracted. Overall for the price we paid we had higher expectations.

Food was excellent, the grounds magical and location was great. Concierge very helpful.

The bath room has hazards for the elderly. There are no bar for the toilet, which is too low, nor for the shower.

The location is superb. Oak Creek adds a lot to it, and it is very quiet.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t told that the creek side had been washed away/closed off when we upgraded to creek side upon arrival. It was still amazing but I would have reconsidered knowing that. I also had made reservations for our anniversary at the oak creek restaurant..planning to be on patio for our dinner at sunset. When I got there and realized it was gone I was disappointed, especially that no one called to let me know. I ended up canceling my reservation. Since it was last minute, I was unable to book some of the other restaurants I had my eye on. So I would def say better communication. Most of the staff was amazing but I do have to say that the few people encountered at the bar were not friendly and seemed annoyed to be helping us for no apparent reason. After 2 encounters it was a big enough turn off that we didn’t go back to the bar for anything.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The creekside cottage was so amazing. Glad we upgraded upon arrival! The spa was amazing and staff were very sweet and helpful. The valet staff however, stood out the most. Every single employee we encountered at the valet desk was so friendly, informative, and helpful. They provided us with water, multiple rides, and help with luggage without hesitation. Very impressive.

Phone system; could not make it work. Resorted to my cell phone. In room dining: awkward, no place for a tray, no table. View from the room was not the greatest: roof tops and parking lot. Love to see Oak Creek Entrance to the hotel is understated to the extreme..

Staff and service was wonderful, especially with the rain.

Our room smelled like sewage that was being disguised by an essential oil diffuser with strong blend of smelly oils. Grout seemed dirty in shower, pelaron wasn’t working in gym.

Excellent restaurant, friendly staff, fun classes! My favorite part was the river behind the property!!

Our only issue happened on our arrival. It was after dark when we got there and we were tired after a full day of travel. My husband walked to the bar and ordered a coke for himself and a glass of wine for me which he brought to the room. When I got the bill, I saw they charged me $52 for a glass of white wine. Too much for me but I guess we should have asked!

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is well versed and prompt whenever you ask for anything. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable.

Lunch at the hotel's restaurant was remarkably underwhelming. Burger was fine but the salmon and couscous dish was cold, watery, and overcooked. We didn't feel well after we ate there. The hotel also could have placed our family on a first floor room as it was difficult to haul the car seat and stroller up a flight of stairs (no elevators). At night, we called for in-room dining services but there was no reply so we went to Whole Foods nearby and made our own charcuterie. Also, the views of the red rocks were quite limited from the property itself.

The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the valet services. The hotel grounds were beautiful and scenic. The room was very nice as well. Having lunch near the flowing creek near the property was enjoyable. We did not make use of the scheduled program offered by the hotel property, which I would imagine to be a good experience.

Restaurant terribly short staffed and inexperienced manager incapable of dealing with long waiting times and frustrated guests. Although the rooms have fireplace and climate control, the bathrooms are COLD.

Wonderful scenery, our cabin overlooked the river. Secluded and very private, although a long walk from The Central reception. Centrally located in Sedona and easy just to walk out to the centre of town.

The rooms could definitely use a little update. I stayed in a king room and found it a bit smaller than I expected with not as much natural light as I'd like. I didn't find the restaurant to be particularly amazing. It's in a lovely spot by the creek, but requires a long walk or a car ride into town and you don't have views of the red rocks.

Really enjoyed my stay at L'Auberge, although I don't think I benefited from all of the services. They have a slew of experiences you can sign up for (yoga, sound baths, etc). The pool is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the complimentary breakfasts each morning!
