The building did not have an ice machine and ice had to be requested and delivered. There is an iron in the room but no ironing board. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

Shower head broke on the first day and paint was peeling off the ceiling in shower. Shower head was fixed but not the paint. I was not offered any compensation at all for that

There is no where on the property to go out and sit. They have one area but it is part of the hotel restaurant. When you spend this much money there should be somewhere to sit next to the water without having to pay for it. I requested a shower chair before we arrived and didn’t get one delivered until day 3. This made it very difficult on our family. A hotel of this size and price should have accommodations for people that have handicaps

Unfortunately, there was no information, that the highest floor of the hotel is .... second. The other`s floors belong to the apartments. So, we have room with the view of the main enter. The most disappointed thing was a reception staff - rude and strange. For example, I still can`t get may invoice, although I wrote them many times, but have no respond

The area is wonderful - the waterfront, restaurants around and the whole atmosphere of Little Italy district.

The reception staff were not as welcoming and knowledgeable as they should have been. The hotel was very quiet and lacked atmosphere in the restaurant.

Excellent location overlooking Boston Harbour. The bedroom had been recently redecorated, was a good size with a very comfortable bed.

No one was outside to assist with luggage or questions when we arrived. There are 2 entrances, across the street from each other. We picked one, shuffled all of our luggage along (2 weeks worth of it, for a familt of 5), only to learn we chose the wrong one. So across the street we went, luggage and all, to find a long check-in line. Checked in with a very nice front desk rep, and learn that out room is in the building across the street so we have to cross with all our luggage again, for the third time. There was a letter left in the room stating they were having the windows cleaned that week, and hope it does not disturb us. It did. Woke me up early on a rare sleep-in occasion. AC unit was very loud throughout the night too. The hotel structure gives a more apartment building vibe rather than a hotel. Other than that, we would have loved the double rooms to have queen and not double beds, and didnt love the way the shower head worked and couldn't close completely. Hotel was very well located for our visit and felt clean throuout.

Rooms could do with more lights. The fridge either didn't work or was turned on which was annoying. Also needs more plugs there was a lamp on the table we could use as there was no where near the table to plug it in.

Great location, good sized room. Kept very clean and smelt lovely. Lovely view over the water as well.

Rooms were not ready at 3pm as indicated, had to wait until 4:30. The hotel website suggests that the hotel arranges for the transfer from the airport by water taxi, which they don't. They advise to use public transportation. The safe in one room was missing, faulty in the other room - both issues solved during the second day of our stay.
