The furnitures was old and worn out bad a smell was in the room which came from the ac and heater which the filter need to be changed out

The first room had ants. It had deferred maintenance and improperly repaired items (The sink had a spider web crack that looked like it had been repaired with rubber cement years before. The crack had brown painted stuff on it. I have never seen something like this before and I work in property management.) The threshold going into the bathroom was an unprotected raw edge (trip hazard). Bathroom door looked busted from being kicked in. Lobby furniture was very worn as was the flooring in the elevator. My second room was nice. Cleanliness was acceptable. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Staff offered what help they could when I was dissatisfied with the first room.

The room was unclean, the curtains were filthy. Looked like bed bugs had been on them. Thank God I'm always prepared with my bug protector. Shower barely let out water. No matter how little the cost is, the room should b clean

I guess some rooms are better than others. I felt the need to look for bed bugs and cleanliness, whereas my first stay the room was clean and inviting.

The hotel needs a good cosmetic refresh top to bottom. All the doors and furniture had chipped paint and signs of wear. Thank goodness the room wasn't carpeted, or I'm sure that would have been worn down, too. Thin walls. Dim lighting .

It was good for the price. The room was large and clean. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. We happened to have a room near the vending machines and a good distance from the elevator. Very good continental breakfast. Large bathroom mirror. Well lit bathroom with tub.

I didn't like that the light fixtures lamps head piece were broken and one pull dresser was broken. I was able to hear other people from others rooms. People complaint about my kids being loud. I felt we had to be really quite. Other that it was ok.

We had a room that had an adjoining room and the people had their tv on all night and were smoking weed. The tub did not drain properly while taking a shower.

Eggs cooked better. Vegetarian option possibly. The overall hotel needs a makeover, or at least good power washing. The walls, doors, etc. were very dirty. The mattress pad was very lumpy and tattered on the sides (the fitted sheet kept sliding, and I could see how worn the mattress pad was underneath. The nicest thing about my room was the floors. Grateful there was no carpet!

The eggs were very "wet"/runny. I don't eat pork, which was the only meat option. The coffee was good at least.

Very shortly after arriving we decided not to stay . I sat in line at the check out for a very long time to try to talk to the lady behind the desk to see if I could just cancel the room as it did not meet our expectations. However she was having trouble checking in another guest. Finally I left to get on the road. Very disappointing
