There was no pool which we should have noticed beforehand. There was also no breakfast or eating area. Hallways smelled weird.

The person checking us in didn’t engage us in any conversation, there was large amounts of dust in almost every corner and our room wasn’t completely clean. This place needs a redo.

We needed to use the sleeper sofa and the mattress on it was clean, but very uncomfortable. The springs made it very difficult to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was a little low and the water never got quite hot enough.

The room was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with serving ware and cookware, had a great sized fridge, and the pantry was a plus. With two desk areas, there was plenty of space to get some work done.

The pillows on the couches in the lobby looked old, used and dirty. The floors in the i carpeted areas were dirty, as was the carpet in the halls and room 107. it was a terrible first impression. There was a heavy, musty smell in room 107, wear and tear on the carpet, recliner. I was so disappointed because a had stayed twice in the past and I was so impressed with everything!

Living in extended stay is a plus. Have kitchen facility, microwave and refrigerator. Free use of washer dryer is a big plus. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Only one towel in our room. No shower curtain. No water to welcome you in lobby. Freezer worked but fridge did not. Carpets and drapes were old.

wasn’t the cleanest room I ever stayed in. Our bed made noises even with little movements. The shower had very little pressure it was hard to wash long or thick hair with.

There was no breakfast. There were was glass in the bathroom, not even plastic, for brushing teeth, ect... There was no trash can in the bathroom. The dishes were left in the dishwasher. So after checking every cabinet and finding nothing I finally saw a 2 inch magnet on the front of the dishwasher that said, clean and ready for your use. NOT HELPFUL. I would never stay here again.

The location was great. The front desk clerk that checked me in was the best part of the stay!

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was sub par. Dirty floors. Dirty elevator. Dirty bathroom. Loose fixtures in the bathroom. Toilets flushed poorly. Cigarette burn on the top cover of the bed.

Handicap accessible was not good. We had to ask for a tub seat and install it ourselves. It was one that attached to the tub and was not secure.

There was no breakfast, I had expected one so I was a little disappointed and the tv remotes did not work right in both rooms.

Very spacious work area since the rooms had a good layout. Kitchen area was nice and skillets/pans were provided.

The chair in the room was covered in stains. When we arrived the room smelled like weed. The cabinets where chipped in the room and the bathroom sink faucet was not attached properly.

The front desk clerk was very friendly.

The rooms need work…. We stayed in the first floor and the room seemed unclean I had to re wipe the bathroom with my personal wipes to be comfortable enough to use the bathroom and I found a small stain in one of the blankets…. It does mentioned that their renovating when you walk in.

The noise from being so close to the freeway. Motorcycles seemed to be parading the freeway all night which made for little sleep. Sound barriers on windows would be helpful. The bed mattress was too hard. Hotel staff (at check in) was not welcoming, especially since we waited for person to show up as desk was unattended. He may have been on a break but he offered o explanation and seemed disturbed to have to check me in.

When we arrived all parked was marked off for painting and then they took it all down quickly after a few customers asked about parking. However, they did offer us the parking on the hotel next door so we were not far.

They were very welcoming for our fur family member.

No ice machine, no pool, offered smoking rooms on website -no smoking rooms in hotel. Refrigerator in room with ice maker that didn't work. Very hard to access hotel from highway. Dishwasher in room leaked.
