Lack of toiletries. Light out in bathroom, dimly lit. My several months old reservation was canceled by Booking without notice to me according to hotel. I did not get room requested. No notifications of cancellation or why. Just happened to get last room.

Easy location. Comfortable bed.

Shower didn't work Sheets and bedding was worn. Hair in the sink. Musty smell in the hallway. Breakfast was minimal.

There was mold in the bathroom shower, and you could see water damage from the shower at the bottom of the wall with visible mold on wall. The room smelt like smoke. I was very unsatisfied with how the room was considered a non smoking room.

Didnt eat there ate some where else too many people guests crazy construction going on at the hotel and it wasnt where i thought it would be my bad.it was to far from everything that i was doing it sucked....but the staff was all so kind love them so much.

Hotel was dirty, smelled poor. Phone didn’t work in the room. We had to ask for sheets for the pull out sofa, which was very poor quality. Breakfast was very poor.

Located between 2 truck stops and an adult bookstore. Very suspicious area with lots of truckers everywhere.

The bathroom was not clean. The smoke detector was wide open with the batteries missing. The refrigerator was unplugged upon arrival so we could not use it.

The location was great. Right off the highway.

I called 15 times to see did they have truck parking never got a answer to walk in the building and they guy was holding up the line for a personal conversation very unprofessional staff and we ask for a cdl discount he was charging us higher than it was to book online

The air was off when we entered the room and there was a noticeable musty/moldy odor in the room. It never completely went away even after running the air all night. Caused my husband to have an extreme cough and he almost went to sleep in our car. By the time we realized how bad the problem was, it was too late to do anything about it. He was sick the whole night and the entire next day. If he doesn't improve overnight we will be seeing medical attention tomorrow.

The water pressure was good. The water was hot.

I reserved a room for 2 nights and paid upfront through this website. When I arrived to check in I was told that I had to pay an additional $50 deposit on top of the 2 nights I had already paid for that I would get back when I checked out (I'd like to add that neither myself nor my kids have ever bothered anyone or damaged anything during any of our previous stays here). Even is this wasn't an issue for me I still feel like customers should be made aware of any additional costs they might incur when arriving... this was never mentioned while booking and I have never had to do this previously. But I did not have the extra money so I had to have a friend come from out of town to bring it to me... then was told when checking out that there was a note left "IN ALL CAPS" that I was not to personally be refunded the deposit but that my friend had to pick it up himself. My only issue with this was that I was highly offended that the desk clerk would take it upon himself to note this, he wasn't asked to do it and if he had any question about who should be allowed to pick it up he should have just asked while I was checking in. And my friend was highly agitated because he now has to make the drive over here again to pick it up. I'm not sure why there with these sudden issues after having so many smooth stays here but it was definitely disappointing

I have stayed here 7 or 8 times, a couple of times by myself but most times with my 3 children. For the most part we love staying, the have a nice pool that was open when no others were and they provide breakfast that my kids are more than happy with so it saves me having to pay for breakfast elsewhere. Staff is usually friendly and accomodating

The rooms were in poor condition. Lamp shads had staines, carpet in room had stains, tile in bathroom had spots it was broken in pieces and those serial broken pieces glued in, there was stuff on the walls the cleanliness was non existence
