ROOM FLOODED FROM SHOWER. MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AND THE TOILET HAD A CRACK IN IT SO IT LEAKED. HAD TO WRAP TOWELS AROUND IT. NOT THE STAFFS FAULT JUST NEEDED UPDATED AND REPAIRS MADE.

STAFF AT FRONT DESK WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD STAY AGAIN, PRICE TO STAY WAS ABOUT THE NORMAL PRICE.

NO HOT WATER! A pool and spa was advertised but under renovation. Breakfast was sub par.

Very friendly helpful check in manager. He was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and available.

The breakfast .. there were no options other then pastries, cereal, juice and oatmeal. I didn't see any milk either.

Clean room, smoking rooms available, and clean linens and bedding. The staff was very friendly from check in to check out.

While in the pool area you could still smell the smoke from people smoking outside. Hotel seems very run down. Access to second floor blocked off and looked like the bottom was going to drop out any minute.

when I made the reservation, I specified two adults, one teenager, and I booked for two beds and a sofa sleeper. There was no sofa sleeper. I had to go back to front desk a few times because they only had towels for two persons and there was no sofa sleeper. They had Maintenance bring in a cot to sleep in.

The area the hotel is in.

When we arrived we waited for someone to come to the desk, which was very frustrating, however when the desk clerk arrived and explained that there was a medical emergency with another guest, his demeanor and attitude totally defused my very frustrated attitude. We checked in around 6:00 on Friday, Nov. 18th, so whoever that gentleman was should be commended for his professional and caring attitude.

Continental breakfast, no place to sit and eat and the coffee was horrible! They Definitely don't want their customers hanging around. They also charge an additional $50 for damages which is refundable if they don't find anything. We're senior citizens on our way home from SC, what do they expect us to damage?

You should post on your website when renovations are being made. Outside of the property was not appealing at all. We encountered a homeless person in courtyard outside our room each morning and night

Noisy & Cops were next door on our 1st night !! Very dirty common areas outside of rooms. No pool towels & dirty floor around pool. Microwave wouldn't spin(leftovers), roaches in bathroom 2xs, cracked sink & no plug to take a bath one night. Always had to wait for towels.

The staff basically told me I couldn’t book there anymore for no reason and then later called and changed there mind . For the quality of hotels in the area this hotel should be a lot cheaper based on alot of different things people hanging out in parking lots on steps kids running up and down the aisle.

The pool was nice and the manager lady was really nice. A lot of food places in the area as well.

Room could have been prepped a little better. Tv remote missing clock had been unplugged

Room very adequate , Waffle House next door. No place to get an adult beverage, except for Mexican restaurant which food was inedible.
