We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe sticky carpet, the hallway that smelled like pee, the hole in the bathroom door, the homeless leaving their dirty pillows by an outside entrance, the homeless staring at our car like they wanted to rob us, the black mold in the window sill. The fact that we were there for 2 hours and left to just drive home.

CanadaThe place stunk of cigarettes. It was obvious folks were smoking out the window as the butts were conspicuous outside. The whole building, inside and out looks neglected, perhaps we got one of the worse for wear rooms as we wanted downstairs because of the bikes. But even the microwave was filthy. It was overpriced for a dump. It was also hard to find the turn in to get there.
We were able to bring in our brand new bikes for security reasons as the neighborhood looked dicey. The manager was quite helpful in that regard. Also considering the caliber of the room in general, i was pleasantly surprised to find little shampoo and conditioner bottles and was able to take a shower, not the best, but i at least felt clean when i left.

United StatesI don't feel like it is really handicap accessible when you have to go downstairs to get the lower level, it's going to be really difficult getting my stuff out in the morning cuz I just had surgery and I'm not supposed to lift. Otherwise everything is really awesome here. I'm just limited at what I can do.
Once I got to the motel and in the room everything was excellent customer service at the front desk and I felt comfortable in the room and it was very clean.

United StatesThe place was so nasty there was rats running around bad people doing drugs being loud in the hallway our room small like mold and dirty no trash can in room the bathtub did not drain and was dirty the TV did not work and there was fleas jumping on me I will never stay here again worst place I have ever stayed I should get my money back but I know that will never happen. The desk did not help us with anything.

United States1st room basin leaked all over bathroom floor. We moved rooms to find the fridge never worked. Trash under beds. Not cleaned properly. They came looked at fridge, pulled it out but never came back to fix or change it out with a vacant rooms fridge. Certainly won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Close to where our family lives and some of the staff were nice.

United StatesThe really bad customer service of the receptionist, I checked in and after a settled in my room I noticed that there no working water, they were doing plumbing repairs but the receptionist didn’t mentioned to me to be aware, after I ask she was like I don’t know when the water is coming back and it wasn’t her fault, the mini fridge was dirty and had mold inside, the bathroom sink leak and all the water was on the floor, the tv cable service only had 3 good working channels. I’m a frequent traveler and this is the worse experience staying in one of this hotel, I will never stay again.

United StatesThe hotel is an exceptionally run down and in bad shape. The room we were given should not have even been in service. The chair in the room was missing a caster which caused an elderly person in our party to fall. The floor was missing a section of carpet exposing sharp wood at the bottom that gave me a splinter. The mattress was dirty and disgusting and we have to switch the sheets when we arrived. I ran into several guests in the lobby that had equally horrible experiences. I would avoid this place at all costs.
