Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It seemed like a second queen bed and an extra chair was added to the room, which crowed it greatly. Entering the dark room later, and searching for the light switch, I fell over an unseen, useless chair struck between the desk and another chair, the a/c unit and the extra bed. I wasn’t hurt, but was upside down (age 77) for a moment or two.

United KingdomThe WiFi didn’t work throughout the room. Only near the door and not at the bedside. Regrettably, they only seem to clean the rooms and remake the bed every other day in this class of hotel. The staff at Reception were also a little curt and unwelcoming.

United StatesThe property is conveniently located for walking to Broadway and The Gulch . Was perfect for a short Uber ride to Nissan stadium, but otherwise we walked to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were clean, hot water for showers was the best we’ve experienced even from much higher end hotels. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good, perfect to start our day.
