These weren't major issues but it would have been nice to know beforehand that you check in at the gate. Outside of the cabins several spider cobwebs need to be knocked down. Inside the cabin I would have preferred a normal shower head.

The location was great. Close to Helen but far enough away to feel secluded. The diner had good food and I loved all the activities and amenities.

The only negative for me which is minor , but when trying to cook breakfast , their was only 1 frying pan and it would of been so much nicer if was a non stick pan

Could use a king size bed in the master bedroom and updated carpet and blinds.

I have stayed here 2 times. It's very roomy, clean, and quiet. There's a lot to do without even leaving the premises. And my children loved it!

The beds however were too rickety, squeaky and the pillows were flat. We actually bothered our neighbors with the squeakiness...luckily not after 11pm! :/

The beds are not comfortable and the tub stopper was inoperable, so we were unable to use the jet tub. That said, we still loved our stay here and do plan to return.

The location was beautiful! It’s a short drive to the scenic drive and Helen. The diner staff was friendly and patient. The whole property is aesthetically pleasing.

Plug points are very old, Mac and iPhone chargers are not even able to stay without adding support. Some of the items are broken like shower tap do not have shower filter and water flow directly. Balcony door chain to resist someone opening from out is broken. Renew few old items could lead to more self satisfaction by customer. Doordash/Instacard were not allowed, communication was not clear and it is better to tell in advance.

Location, amenities, calm and not much of loud. Staffs were friendly, Lady at security gate made our check in easy and smooth. Front desk were good.

kitchen floor was unbearably squeaky and spongy in front of sink area also need better blinds on windows to block out the lights when trying to sleep. Also need to update the shower heads.

First off Staff was wonderful, and we were allowed to check in early which was a plus because we were traveling with 8-month-old baby. location, views, outside areas available for hiking. Liked the fireplace and ample supply of wood right outside the rental and the upstairs bedroom and full bathroom was a plus

I didn't bring shampoo etc as it is normally provided. But this place only provided a bar of soap.

It was great to have a balcony looking over the lake. We enjoyed the pool and the stables. Everything was comfortable.

Not staffed late enough. Closed at 4 on Saturday. Not open on Sunday. Had internet issues. Had to pay for amenities we couldn't use. Indoor pool is open til 8pm. Our view include a view of a burned down unit. There is some maintenance needed lots of rotten wood on deck/ retaining wall. Nothing was a deal breaker. We are actually looking at coming back for the summer.

Spacious room. It was clean. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking dish wise. Nice view besides the burned down unit. Obviously not their fault.
