Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCourtesy shuttle wasn't working. The single elevator was inconveniently located at the end of one hall. The bed sagged. Breakfast was shut down at 9:20 even though the night staff said it was open until 10:00 a.m. The breakfast selection was pitifully sparse. Morning desk staff unfriendly and not helpful.
Location was close to Truist Park and the interstate. Hotel was clean and attractive. Nice pool and inner courtyard. The room was spacious.

Room was huge! Very comfortable to relax it. Bed was soft and comfy (although I personally prefer a firmer bed, it's great for those who like them softer). The facilities seemed really great, but we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy them. The room exceeded my expectations. Location was great and within walking distance (about a mile) to Truist Park.

United StatesThe toilet was a child size toilet! It was so low, once you got on you couldn't get up, no rail to help pull yourself off. The bedside alarm clock was set for Midnight! My husband could not see, he hit the snooze button, guess what? It went off 10 minutes later! We were led to believe breakfast came with the room, and where/time it was available, no breakfast! Only seen muffins and such $3.50 and up.
The staff was very nice and welcoming. Woody in the morning when I called for directions was spot on!

United StatesI don't like the fact that the rooms are connected even though the doors remained lock it didn't sit well with me and is the only reason why I wouldn't book there again. That was uncomfortable. And cockroaches were on the balcony.
