We left a bag there. We know we did when we called and we called 4 times they kept saying they would call back. Never did I drove 2 hours back there 5 days later. They had it even though they said they didnt. Will I be compensated in anyway for this

I don't like the fact of paying for parking when I'm a paying guest already. The breakfast was another disappointment. The fact that this menu is the same menu and complimentary at other locations but you charge here.

The convenience in the location. Also the staff was absolutely great!

I realise the location etc, but things like US$3.50 for a bottle of water are a disgrace and leave an unnecessary bad feeling on the hotel which is really nice.

Nice location near to Downtown Disney, but also with a few decent restaurants within walking distance. Very good quality hotel with great facilities.

the elevator for our section of the building was broken.. we reported it and they said it would be fixed. it was never fixed. we could not get anyone to answer the phone when we called the desk. The ice machine was also broken on our floor, so you had to search for another one on another floor.

we loved the location, very convenient to visit the parks.

The back elevator at door C was a little bumpy of a ride and seemed like it needed maintenance. The room was booked as a king room, but definitely a queen size bed. It would have been nice if the room's light switch turned on more of the fixtures instead of it all being individual switches. The bathroom vanity light was dark for doing makeup. Wish the pool would have had later hours or an adult only swim. The poolbar was closed, but May could be there off season.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Turn down service was great after long days exploring Orlando coming back to clean towels and a made up bed. House keeping was friendly in the halls. The down pillows were so comfortable that I'm shopping for some to have at home! The hotel gives an item voucher so discounted Starbucks every morning!

I did not like how the shuttle service to Disney was advertised, however when you actually got the schedule... they were at ridiculous times and not convenient. Had to rely on lyft (extra expense)

Unfortunately we did find crumbs and dust on the desktop (this despite claims of extra cleaning to cover covid issues. Reported this to the hotel but they didn't clean the area before our departure 2 days later. Would definitely stay here again though.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Great facilities. Some decent restaurants nearby and within walking distance, but you do need a car to get around most other places.

Parking was expensive especially since we parked at Disney first and then had to pay parking for just overnight at the hotel.

Nice location at a decent price! Wish we stayed for more than one night to really enjoy it! The pillows were amazingly soft!

Our room was not ready when we arrived so we were sent to another hotel. This was very unexpected as we had booked well in advance of our stay. We had gotten in late and had to be up very early for our conference and to accommodate for traveling back to the hotel to leave our belongings so we could check in after our conference.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The amenities were nice.
