I didn't like that they didn't offer breakfast or even at least coffee. I believe my recipet was about $84 and to me I don't think that's a reasonable price for a standard room. It should be half of that if not less.

I liked that it was a very decent sized room as well as it had a nice bathroom size. I also liked that it was fairly quiet throughout my stay.

toilet seats are not even bolted in correctly on any of the rooms I had the lights where missing bulbs I only had two towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel

I did not like having my 100$ deposit taken for spilling a muscle milk drink on the comforter. This falls in line with my other visit where i was charged for my girlfriends mascara on a towel. They claimed it would not wash off, but if it did, I couldvreceive a 10$ creditbon my next visit. I asked for the credit and was told its not in the system. Also, visitors are frowned upon. I was told i had 4 guests, i replied that i paid for 2 people. After being informed i had 4 guests, I replied but only 1 at a time!! Why do you think renting a room gives you the right and ambition to monitor my behaviour??

The room size is awesome. The rooms are able to accomodate a lot of belongings. The furnishings are also very nice. I had a king bed with a good mattress, it was really comfortable. The location allows privacy as well as easy access to both harbor blvd and the 55 freeway. I was allowed visitors in a liberal interpretation of policy. See below. But the one at a time guest argument was accepted. It is rare for hospitslity businesses in general to accept any explainaton once they decide you need to go. They accepted my ligical defense which is rare.

Missing some amenities. Had a room for four and only two towels but they did give extra as I had to remind them at the front desk that we were four. No tissue and no room cleaner even after requested. Last night a fuse blew and no light or cable. I know this may be out of there control but still kinda stinky.

Since no ice machine good that a store right next door. Close to everything. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating but just a little too much that they couldn’t help with either because understaffed or building upkeep.

I felt like the staff treated us like we were criminals or something. They took some of our deposit because a towel was stained with make up that literally came out in the wash. And what they wanted to charge us for "damaging" a towel and a sheet was pretty outrageous. However, the manager let me wash the sheets on my own and returned all but $7 of my deposit because of one towel I couldn't get completely clean. He brought the price down from $12 so I really appreciated him letting me do that and also giving me the price break.

The rooms are much nicer than most in the area for the same price. I never see any roaches. The rooms are modern and clean. I like having microwave and refrigerator because most hotels in this area don't have that for this low of a price.

suspicious “mirror” bolted to the wall directly in front of the bed, TV off center which was strange. mirror didn’t reflect properly so we covered it with a towel out of paranoia, seemed a little suspicious

The bathroom needed a fan, bath mat, and safety bar. The room needs a comfortable chair and some nicer matching furnishings. Instead of a small pool that no one uses, it could be replaces with green landscape.

the room was overall clean, but there were blood spots in the trash can and bathtub. There was also a pill on the floor. The smell of the cleaning products was very very strong too.

Room had a dirty closet, with trash and dirty crumpled sheets, maybe it was supposed to be locked? Not fit for use. Also the walls were generally dirty looking and curtains were ripped. There were loud guests in nearby room, having a very late party.
