Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesRoom was a little small for a mobility room - hard to maneuver - comfy chair squeezed in corner took away some room. The desk chair leaned forward and couldn’t be used easily since it rolled too easily on the hard floor. The bathroom was different - very large, but it had a normal tub rather than a shower to allow easy access. Gym lacked a functioning lock and tv, but universal machine worked well.
Breakfast was simple (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt), but good. Room and bathroom was very clean. Location was excellent to attend a family wedding.

United StatesI didn't like that I booked a king room for the 6 nights 3 months prior. I get there and I'm told they had to switch my room due to it being booked for 2 of the nights. Not only did I have to change rooms to a double queen bed room but I was charged an extra 8.00 as well. Yes 8.00 isn't a lot but I shouldn't have been charged anything extra.
I liked how clean it was. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly
