The carpet it feels like it's been there since 1999 or before when it use to be holiday inn. And wish they would have more to do at the hotel when they have so much room for it and wish they would have working vending machines

Hotel is dated and plumbing fixtures were old. Hotel common areas are in need of updating.

We loved our room, it was ground level, and we could park close to our room ( no hauling our luggage a country mile! lol)...so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful ❤️ fountain was outside not far from our room and I wish we could of stayed longer.They had an amazing full breakfast , eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and all the regular stuff too, in a big open dining area so you weren't crowded by your fellow guests.Staff were very pleasant &kind, location was perfect for us. Gas station close by, easy access to hwy.

There were a lot of cigarette buts on the ground in the courtyard.

The hotel was clean, and comfortable. There is a nice courtyard where you can walk your dog, and the breakfast was pretty good.

Railroad noise was to be expected since it wasn't out first--or 20th--trip through Clovis. Shower did not work and leaked on bathroom floor. Staff offered another room but we didn't encounter the problem until the next morning when we needed to leave. We did receive $20 off our room.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful and provided a discount for the shower issues.

There was no water on the property to buy. The door lock was faulty and made it very hard to open. The walkway outside the door was dirty and gross. There was a moldy smell throughout the front desk area and the hallway leading to the breakfast room. The bar/lounge/pool/recreation area were closed starting Dec 19th. There was little to do on site. Our car was our saving grace.

Same items for breakfast, no variety. The three beds in the suite was SWEET and allowed our family to be together like at home. A tub/shower would have been perfect for the kids baths.

The breakfast selections were disappointing, but there is a waffle maker. The indoor pool was not open, but there wasn't any water in it. It's possible it was needing some repairs. The walls are not soundproof, and we could hear the activity in the room next to us.

Having smoking rooms is always a plus nowadays! Of course they are usually on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator, so climbed 14 stairs up and down every day. The room is a bit outdated, but it was clean and we both slept comfortably.

Breakfast was a disappointment. There was a waffle maker, which was great for the kids, but very few other choices.

Having 3 queen beds was perfect for our family. It was like 2 rooms combined into 1 room. Had 2 bathrooms, 2 TV's, 2 microwave ovens, and 2 refrigerators.

The location was a little sketchy. The people next to our room hung their laundry outside their room and also over our ac unit. The facilities could use some updates. It was a little dingy.

I liked that we had 3 queen beds and a surprise second bathroom! The staff was very helpful and kind!
