Very old property, needs major upgrades. I had difficulty opening the door - the door would stick and not open after inserting key card. There was a gap underneath the door. The breakfast is not hot, it’s a grab and go bag, I don’t know what was in the bag because I didn’t pick one up as breakfast is over at 9:00 a.m. I was told due to a storm knocking the power out I couldn’t pay for the room by credit card, I had to go to an atm to get cash, I was trying to check in at 10:00 p.m. I never felt safe so I didn’t sleep sound although I didn’t experience any incidents.

T.V. had cable channels. Internet service was decent when it came back up after storm knocked out their computer system. The room was clean. The hotel supplied toiletries.

The door to the room we were given the handle was broken and the at the end of our stay the door would not longer open with out a huge amount of pulling on the door. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Do no rely on the breakfast to start your day. You will need to find other places for breakfast. They had painted the bottom of the bathtub white and every time we showered more of the white paint flaked off.

I received a great value on price. I booked through a travel site and paid only 50.00 a night for a weeks stay. The location to Fort Stewart was great. All the amenities such as grocery and pharmacy are very close by.

Facility was rundown. Needs a makeover. Metal at bottom of door was ripped and sticking out- unsightly and a safety hazard.

The place is run down and dirty. The beds felt like stone slabs and the pillows could be used as weapons they were so hard. There was also BUGS! The breakfast was literally either a waffle or yogurt! No sit down eating. It was all to go!

I booked my room which was requested with 2 beds. When the front desk receptionist checked me in she changed it to a king size bed. We went all the way to the room, which isn’t attached to the office, checked the room, and had to go back. When I told her what was wrong she was the least bit apologetic. Like I was bothering her. She said she assumed I wanted a room on the bottom and a bigger bed. And all my insecurities could think of is she was judging me by my looks and weight, because I’m a bigger person. Very rude. Then got to the room and there were used towels hanging on the back of the door. Trash had not been taken out and the remote didn’t work and was out together with tape and Dollar Tree batteries.

Older motel needing more attention than it's getting. Showing lots of wear and tear, cluttered with not much curb appeal Mattress not very firm. Internet was weak.

It's close to an I-75 interchange with many choices for food, supplies, fuel....many within walking distance.

I stayed in room 123 it was terrible. The bathtub was dirty stained. Tile was unclean. The bathroom sink uncleaned, had hair in it dirty unwiped down. The carpet was unvaccummed. The bed not properly made up. Looked like someone had just slept in it. A roach crawled in bed next to me on the bed. Total unsatisfied. Unlike my first stay. That's why I came back. This time I was totally disappointed.

I didn't like the conditions of the rooms. The bed were sort of uncomfortable and the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. We had to go to the store and buy cleaning solution for the bathtub. The covers on top had stains that looked like nail polish or old blood. There were also roaches in the rooms so we made sure our bags were not on the floor and locked up tight.

I liked how nice and accommodating the staff were. I liked the location as well.

I didnt like walking into the room and finding dead roaches on the floor. There is one housekeeper for the entire place. Please try to hire someone to help the only person cleaning. Had to clean the room myself.

The carpet was filthy & wet in spots. That is my only complaint along with, I called for a wake up call, they never called me.

Nice clean fresh sheets, plenty of towels, lots of coffee & tea in the room, shower was wonderful along with the bath tub for that long needed bath. I was given a great room where I could see my car. Air conditioning was super good

Breakfast was unsatisfactory. We were not able to sit in the dining area. Why? You had a choice of bringing it back to your room or car. How can you bring a waffle to your car? Only choice was waffle or yogurt.
