The AC was pretty antiquated but I was able to keep the fan running which is what I need to sleep so I was good with it. We had a carpet beetle in our bed, but it was just 1 and it was dead so I don’t think it actually came from our room’s furniture. We didn’t see a second one for our entire stay and according to google they’re pretty obvious if there’s an infestation. Hard to say.

The golf theme and mini golf course were cute. The pool was perfect; small and sorta secluded across the street. Good parking nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and funny.

Key didn’t work all weekend, someone had to open door for us every time! That was not good at all. Also the 9am leaf blower or vacuum at 8am Sunday morning was not good when we had just gotten in at 4am!!

Reception area had a 'drains' odour but this was not present anywhere else in the hotel.

Check in was smooth although a bit IT heavy with the need to photograph IDs etc. Parking is across the road but is also free. Location is a short walk from Freemont Street and just across the road from container park

First room had a horrible smell, like a perm at a salon. Had to wait outside in 114 degree heat while they prepped another room because they don't have a reception area. New room was odor free, but linens had stains. Rooms don't have mini fridge, which makes leftovers a challenge, no tissues in the room. Biggest inconvenience, aside from the room change, was their "private parking", which is actually a parking tag you get for a public parking lot. Meaning it was not a very secure place to leave a vehicle. Had I known that, I would have stayed at another hotel with more secure parking.

There is only one entry/exit door! It was frustrating that the other two exit doors had active alarms which would not allow you to leave.

No parking strictly. We got some paper to put on dashboard and been direct to some parking where we will not get the ticket, guess what we did get one. I sent an email if they can cancel no response of course. Two lights in the room not working, aircon very loud, swimming pool across the street, no toilet in there. Strange smell at the reception, please change.

Location is on point, just to make you aware it’s MOTEL not the hotel. With the price they are charging you actually you can get the hotel, maybe little bit further but more comfortable . Staff nice and polite

In overall I was expecting a budget hotel, it was clear that the room would have been a bit minimal. However, the experience would have been better if the smell in the room would have been a bit fresher and the manager would have replaced that dirty / damaged armchair from the room, it could have been substituted by a normal cheap (but clean) simple chair or clothes hanger. please take this into consideration some minor adjustment could really change the experience!

The lobby is clean but it smells like a bathroom. There was a piece of McDonald's trash behind my pillow. Restrooms condiments weren't replaced. Parking is small and a bit distant.

The staff were cool and helpful. Room had great A/C. Everything works.
