One bed looked like it had been sat in, so we were worried about whether the sheets were clean. Bathroom floor corners weren’t clean. The sink in both bathrooms didn’t work correctly — even when we turned on both hot and cold water in an attempt to get warm water, it ran either boiling hot or freezing cold. The furniture in the living room area looked shabby. There was tons of wall space in the bathroom but no bars to hang towels on.

The size of the rooms/suites was great. The breakfast would have been great if it hadn’t been so crowded that it took too long to stand in line for eggs.

check in took 45 minutes, there was a line out the door. Breakfast was under staffed and they couldn't keep up with food. had to pay for parking which is ridiculous.... other hotels in the area do not charge. there is no reason for it. it's just a way to pocket note money. The pool was closed and under repair, however there were no signs of any repairs.... pool was full, clean, etc. I feel like I paid for an amenity that I couldn't use. Therefore, overall it wasn't worth the price and I wouldn't go back.

My room was in front of an opened space where lots of kids used it to play all night and early morning, talking loud and screaming. Couldn't rest well.

Parking is charged. It may be normal at urban areas. It could be better if a discount is available for the guests.

Suite fits three of us well， comfortable and spacious rooms，two tables with multi chairs are plus. Location is convenient. The free breakfast is the best of all. Rooms are clean. Front desk is very friendly.

The room was very noisy since the AC/ extractor was very loud. Additionally, it was dusty. The staff was not friendly at all. Nobody is greeting you. At the reception they focus more how to avoid you instead of proactive helping you. The drinks at the bar are very pricey for being an old hotel in the middle of nowhere. It is the first hotel I stayed in where I needed to clean my breakfast table and to bring my plates/ cups etc. from breakfast to a tray. Felt more like a McDonalds.

It was pouring down rain and I was awake most of the night by dripping I thought outside my window. But upon further investigation I discovered it dripping from the inside next to the night stand. I took a video and said something to the clerk at checkout but I was ignored.

Our toilet became clogged, and I had to call for plumbing service to clear it. The service came very promptly and addressed the problem. My teenage daughter was enamored of the idea of ordering room service since she had never done it before. Unfortunately, room service was not available, but this is a mere quibble compared to the otherwise fine experience that we had.

Bar and dining area was a nice place to meet and hangout. A very good breakfast buffet, way above the the mark for most buffets. The staff were very friendly, and plumbing service came very promptly to our room to address a clogged toilet. Thanks!

The breakfast was crowded and the refill rate was terrible. Out of items and not enough plates. No bowls and the only person there put out 10 paper ones. The juice machine has 4 possible choices but only 2 work.

Breakfast was OK, not exceptional as it used to be.. room had a bad smell, complained to the front manager and was told no room to switch to, promised to send a cleaning staff who never came. We're surprised to learn that we had to pay for parking on an open air lot next to the building where it used to be free.

You could not get your room cleaned everyday even though you requested it. Had to ask for new towels at the front desk. Had to go down and get coffee from front desk. Had to get tea bags and sugar from breakfast area and take back to room Front desk not overly pleasant and had to look for printer paper in other offices to print off our bill
