Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI was there for 10 days and somehow I got deleted from the housekeeping schedule for the last 4 days I was there. My room was to be cleaned every other day and 2 cleaning cycles were missed. This caused me to have to request toilet paper the first time & the second time I ran out, I just used tissues since was only going to be there one more night. And, the small trash/recycling bins would overflow so I had to make trips to the lobby trash can. I kept putting my dirty towels, wash cloths & hand towels on the floor anticipating my housekeeping day, only to find them still there & my room untouched upon my return in the evening. The first time it happened, I told the front desk at about noon and someone showed up at 5 PM, as I was leaving for dinner. she replaced bathroom linens & tidied up but did not replace my sheets. After that I just gave up trying, because I didn’t want to explain again. I think it was due to short staffing, so I didn’t want to press too hard, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

United StatesI wish the price had been lower by about 30 bucks--but it was a very nice room. I wish the front desk had a scale for weighing luggage. (I drove out to Walmart and bought one for $10. Why not buy one, Fairfield? The next time a customer asks: there you go!)
The room was splendid. I spent the previous night in a sketchy Motel 6 in Albany. I decided to spend a bit more for a nice room at the Fairfield last night. My only regret was that I had to leave at 5:30 in the morning; I would have liked to have lived there longer!

United StatesI stayed in 343 and the room was very noisy. I do not know what the humming was all night but I think the person that stayed next to me kept their bathroom light on and the Vent ran all night. IT was pretty loud in my room. I think that is what it was. I checked my room and could not find anything on.
Breakfast was good I would have liked a glass of water. I had to buy a bottle of water to take my morning medicine. But it was good
