Some of the parking spaces are Very tight!!!! If you have a large car it will be very hard to park. The hotel is still under construction and the breakfast is currently being offered at their other property up the street.

Great value for the hotel and location. Only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. Free breakfast. View of the water off the balcony is awesome. Bathrooms are nicely renovated with walk-in showers.

The balcony is a nice feature however the doors leading to the next room are a little scary this day in time to let the person next to you have access to your balcony.

The room was clean and comfortable but a little pricey for a two night stay. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly during check in.

The tv in our room didn’t work so we had to switch rooms after waiting a couple hours on service man to get there and it couldn’t be fixed.

The rooms have recently been renovated and very clean! These are smaller rooms but perfect for a couple! It’s right on the road so you do hear some road noise but it wasn’t bad. The rushing waters sounded amazing sitting out on the balcony too!

We had non-smoking rooms. You are not supposed to smoke on the porch. The Neighbors continue to smoke and not just cigarettes but marijuana. I did make a complaint and it's still continued. I even asked the neighbors nicely if they could go smoke out front near the cars, that it was coming over to our side of the porch and through our air vent. The heating and air unit is on the porch or balcony. Maybe they should post sign saying absolutely no smoking or your when will be canceled at your expense.

We absolutely loved being on the river. The porches were large and could go sit outside your own balcony. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a good hot breakfast and very well done, you had a lot of choices. All the staff was very friendly and nice.

had to go to the other sister property for breakfast! also I know they are in remodeling phase but our room had leaks in there and it aaa already updated! the heater/ac we didn’t use looked really nasty

The comforter was as thin as a piece of sheet. I have never met with such thin comforter, especially when it was around 30 degree at night. We stayed three nights. We were cold the first night. I texted for two blankets on 2nd night, but nothing happened. We were cold to be awake 2nd night. The third morning I mentioned it to receptionist, and two blankets were in our room when we came back from Great Smokie.

The view from balcony was fantastic. It is good that sink is separated from bathroom. The shower water temperature was good. Breakfast was super good.

the property was close enough to town to walk and far enough away that the noise wasn’t a bother. It also had a serene view of the river below.

Property was under construction. Had to go next door if you wanted breakfast. We were in the old section needing renovating.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to most of Gatlinburg. The balcony over the water was really great also.
