Crab cakes should have been called crab pancakes, however our waitress saw that and had management compensate us for that . Elevators were NOT convenient long long walks to the room.

It was hard to find. It was pricey especially since you had to pay additional parking and resort fee. The New Year’s Eve room was too small. Could have had a bigger room or moved it outside.. The receptionist put my 80 year old mother in the last room in the back. It was way too far for her to walk so we had to move and get a wheelchair. Some common sense from the front check in would have helped to make this a 4star experience

Our package included breakfast so we went to the restaurant and they told us that our names weren’t on “the list”, so they would call the front desk to clear up the confusion. After several minutes, we were told that our stay didn’t include breakfast so we had to walk all the way back to the front desk to talk to Tim, who also told us we didn’t get breakfast. I had to show him my confirmation before he would give us our vouchers. Also, you’re not allowed to use one of the luggage trollies by yourself. They force you to use their bell service or carry your bags by hand.

The hotel was beautiful. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi and pool area. Easy access to the beach.

Our room was a long walk from the elevators.

That everytime I called the spa it was a different excuse to not get my husband and I in for a message but there were people getting their hair done

I was looking forward to a spa day for our anniversary and it was closed the whole time we was there. But everytime we walked by there it was peoples getting there hair done so I feel like they took the customers they wanted and not us

Pricing during the week was extremely high for the beach view.

I own an EV and the fact that you have an EV charger for electric vehicles in the garage relieve all my range anxiety. you need more than one. My room was great and the view was killer(Ocean View). The Carolina Restaurant was great, the Gym was great and the facilities were very good.

We didn’t like the loud music around the pool - this wasn’t every day but on one day it was just too invasive so we left. many guests had dogs - fine if the owner clean up after them but we witnessed this not to be the case. Food & drink is very expensive. Everything was very expensive!

Right on the beach which was what we wanted to most. very comfortable beds, nice room with sea view. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meal in the outside restaurant terrace.

Fire alarm emergency evacuation on Saturday night .. false alarm A woman pulled the alarm because of her pet… really? No beach chair service for entire stay Disappointed for an oceanfront resort with beautiful weather No pool chairs available by the pool. The manager Nate found us a cabana rental for a few days .. that was very nice. Great personality! Sabrina was amazing at assisting guests by the pool! Best associate we met during our stay.

Place to pricey compared to places like Sandals and other high end resorts which includes different things depending on what's of interest.

Great breakfast, but rather pricey to eat. Should be included if paying a great amount of money. Enjoyed it was right at the beach. Not far from places to entertain, eat and shop.

The pool area wasn't clean as I would have liked, there were leftover cups and beer cans hanging around the edge of the pool, there were band aids in pool and on the benches. Bartenders were allowing people to purchase multiple drinks at once to people who were clearly intoxicated.

Room was clean, bedding was comfortable, love the easy access to the beach. Most of the hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no one to check us in and greet us - so that took a bit (but once at counter, they were very friendly). The pool was sadly too warm - all of them - to be refreshing. I always find places where you have to reserve a spot to lay by the pool slightly off putting - but we didn't really come to do much of that anyway (too hot!).

Super heavenly beds, great deck with a view to the ocean (and also wild lightening show!), fabulous restaurant (indoor one - great fish choices!), the service, the friendly staff, the responsiveness (we moved a table on the deck and a glass broke - they came immediately. I wanted an extra pillow for my injured shoulder -again, immediately!). The great beach trail and amazingly gorgeous surf and shore! It was so great! The wine selection was really wonderful and so reasonable! Truly it was a special stay!!

I had asked to not be on the 1st floor days before, and that did not happen. Additionally, the pet policy didn't really make sense. I spoke with Chris Maldonado and he provided additional rules about pets that were not on the website. For example, pets cannot be left alone in the room because of cleaning services and the dog barking. How are guests supposed to enjoy the amenities with the dog?? A compromise could be having a crate required. Or just have a "Pet Inside" door magnet so the service staff knows not to go in.

The room was great with a great oceanfront view. The "indoor/outdoor" pool was amazing. Loved the coffee shop. The beach was clean.

The resort is pretty far away from the “must try” restaurants, shops, and golf courses. Everything the resort offered was overpriced. The flies were out of control at their outdoor restaurants (Splash & View 32). There are 3 pools and none of them were adult only. Each pool had an oil layer from sunscreen that coated you upon entry. The resort did not offer much for adult nightlife (bars were not open late and there were no nightclubs).

Very pretty. The beds were very comfortable. Pretty much every room has at least a small view of the ocean. I got a massage at their spa and while it was overpriced, it was one of the better massages I’ve had. I highly recommend Norma.
