Ice machine was on the first floor and all the way at one end of the building. Would be more convenient if there were more on more floors and maybe towards the center of the building.

The rooms were very large and comfortable. The beds were very nice as well. Really liked the pillows, they actually said if they were soft or firm. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast is always yummy! People who work there are the best! Todd is the best front desk guy!! Hysterically kind and funny! Levi is so kind! Rosa is the best manager of the cleaning crew!

The only two things I'd mention that could be better. The hot tube was not working, the pool area could use some better furniture. It'd be nice to have a sun lounger or something... The a/c in my room was a bit noisy.

The total length of my stay were 8 nights. For the price charged, I'd say the hotel went beyond my expectations. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Lake Forest. Todd and Amy at the front desk were super friendly and made sure I had everything needed for a great stay. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. The TV was very good, it has cox cable service with several different channels to chose. There's an office table with a good chair, which makes it easy and comfortable If you have to work on your computer for longer hours. I found specially nice there was a minibar, cabinets, coffee machine, microwave theres plenty of storage for food, and for your clothes on the drawers. Breakfast was good. There were healthy options such as: egg white omelet, low carb yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Would definitely stay there again.

This was or 3rd or 4th time staying here, but was the best experience so dar. We enjoy the clean rooms, good breakfast, and location. But this trip Todd, the gentleman at the front desk REALLY went above and beyond for us. He was kind, quick, yet thorough. His service was exceptional and the best part of our stay. We will definitely stay here again next time Weare in tow. Thanks Todd!

If boiled ages could be provided for those not eating the baked ones. Also fresh fruits and salads to add to the breakfast menu.

I and my sister were impressed With the services that the employee or the manager by the name Todd filling up the food and very quickly clean the tables after people! His smile is also incredibly! All those employees seated at the reception are very nice people who greeted us with smile as we came in and out. We really enjoyed our stay. We have planned to return to the same hotel.

If I had any critique at all it would be to maybe update the foyer furniture.

Room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs.

Todd, the front desk employee, was so friendly and accommodating. I don’t ever recall experiencing a more pleasant and enthusiastic front desk employee! The breakfasts were fantastic! The beds were amazingly comfy!!

Driveway / entrance can be a bit of a hot turn because of how quickly it came up but that isn't something that's really addressable, but good to know.

I was very pleased with everything.

Large shower enclosure, good water pressure, good quality soap and shampoo. The air conditioner was quiet and kept the room nice and cool. Very comfortable beds with nice, soft, bedding. The room was very quiet.
