The lady who checked us in was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. I usually have a tough time sleeping in hotels, but this was the best hotel sleep I've probably ever had.

The parkinglot didn't feel safe at all. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway when you are in your room. We were unfortunate to have some people walking up and down the hallway in the middle of the night which woke us up a couple of times. You could also clearly hear all the noise from the traffic outside.

Friendly staff. Big room with comfortable beds. It was a good location for our visit to the basketball hall of fame.

Our room as not ready when we arrived, We had to wait for housekeeping to have our room cleaned and ready for or use. However, Jess at the front desk was extremely apologetic and made the best of a troubling situation.

Very good location. The Basketball Hall of Fame is within walking distance and the hotel is located very close to the highway.

Looking out at the Parking lot .Says my 100.incidental charge was not released after I checked out .I had to call .I was told 7-10 Business days. Today is the 5th of April,I have not received the refund as of yet .

The location my room was comfortable & clean ,but looking out at the parking lot ,not satisfied definitely will stay again when I come to Town..overall 9/10

The breakfast is average.

The hotel is a regular hotel with basic amenities. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean. Parking is feasible.

We booked a room with two full beds and got a room with one queen, despite what our confirmation said, and was told it was booking.com's fault. The facility overall seems very tired. Carpet in our room was worn and stained. The heating system didn't function properly.

The parking was a short walk from the building but perfectly adequate.

Breakfast was simple but good, much better than just a continental breakfast. The location is excellent, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

I didn’t like leaving my favorite computer mouse behind in the room. Sucked.

The parking isn’t exactly safe. There’s a few spots at the back, across the street and then another down the block from there. The area is known to have a lot of bums walking around. A couple of people bashed car’s windows that were parked in the bigger holiday express parking lot and side street. It’s down the block and kinda looks like off road parking. It’s not very secure. It’s too out in the open for travelers. Maybe if the parking can be gated (and not cheap gate either) with visible cameras, the people would hesitate to break windows and steal.

Breakfast variety can be improved a bit, e.g. add some fresh vegetables.

Location is good, close to the bus station and in a walking distance from South Station. Beds are big and very comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is moderate, not much choice and the same everyday. Coffee and tea corner is open 24/7 and free of charge. Laundry is available for small price, very convenient. Shower gel and shampoo are available in big bottles with daily refill.

The place was really nice. The off site parking was a pain to bring stuff in and out but it was summer with clear skies.

The bedding was never changed just the bed remade. Also my refrigerator wasn't cooling and after multiple requests to fix it, it was looked at the day prior to my leaving and was still overheating. I had carried food for my kids that ended up going bad.

Location was ok just that there was a club right across and could hear noise while upstairs and was on the 7th floor. Breakfast was OK, parking could be better

The cost of the room was more on par with a bigger city, which Springfield is not a big city.

The parking consists of some on street dedicated spots and some parking lot dedicated spots. The signage for the lots was confusing, but since most of the parking is within view of the hotel and some is adjacent to the hotel, I felt it was safe.

The breakfast was varied and good. An attendant kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. The location is good, across from the Mass Mutual Center and a short walk to the museums, casino, and Symphony Hall.
