Strange configuration for entrance. Bathroom was underwhelming - the shelves were loose in the shower and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were shoddy.

I had to wait in towels for several hours which caused us to miss my son’s game. My bathroom was not clean.

Very nice place. It was close to everything. Not too far from the baseball field. Not much of a view. It was relaxing. Very busy stay. Staff was friendly.

There was mass confusion around my check out date. Paula assured me that I was checked out in the system the morning we left the Hotel on 6/11/23, but she could not email me a receipt. She advised that due to me Booking with a Third Party the Third Party would send me the receipt. I advised her that the Hotel always provides us with the receipt regardless of who we book through. I called Booking.com because I never received my receipt for checking out and the Rep put me on hold to verify my checkout date with the Hotel. She kept me on hold for an extended amount of time to only return and state “that due due them being a third party we could not receive a refund for checking out a day early.” I called Hilton Customer Service on 6/27/23, she was able to call the Hotel to have them email me my receipt, but could not provide me with a phone # for Hilton Corporate. The receipt was just what I expected. It showed that I was checked out on 6/12/23 at 11:36AM. Well of course we were home at that time. Could this be the reason that Paula was stating that she could not email me the receipt when I checked out? It’s because she never checked me out!

Room wasn't ready 30 minutes after check-in time. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9am to clean even though check out time wasn't until 11am 😡

There were not enough towels in one of our rooms and no hand soap in that bathroom.

The breakfast was delicious and had just the right variety for my group. The staff put all three of our rooms together which was very helpful. Ms. Paula, who worked afternoons and evening was AMAZING. Even the students loved her.

There was no ice bucket. They gave us a plastic bag. Only gave us 2 towels and nothing to stand on after shower.

one of the towels had several long black hairs in it-seemed clean but like the washer did it get them out. smelled clean. air conditioner didn’t work right but temp overnight we cool enough that it was ok. we got there really late so didn’t even call from desk about it. too tired. might have been an easy fix had we called.

I had specified in the reservation we didn't want a room near where a dog was staying. However, when we went to our room, a yappie dog nextdoor started barking at us. I love dogs, but don't want to sleep in a room where one might be barking. So we had to ask for a different room. Breakfast: Various foods had not been replenished, so we had to ask for them, i.e. muffins, cereal. Milk had expired. The guy was very nice and apologetic, but this was the weakest part of our stay.

Room was nice, clean and spacious, except the non-rug part of the floor was slippery so a bit dangerous. Comfortable bed. Entire hotel was bright and attractive. Everyone was friendly.
