    Lighting in the room was really dark. Heating/cooling difficult to control. Really struggled with turn the fan off and heater in bathroom. No fan in bathroom.

    Proximity to the Green Line. Proximity to BC reservoir for running.

    The heat in the room was insufficient. The heating system in room 521 was unable to satisfy the thermostat especially at chilly night times! The temperature was about 68*. When I went to speak with Keith at the front desk I noticed how warm the lobby was! He said he’d have someone look at it. It looked like someone raised the thermostat setting to 88* but that didn’t raise the temperature in the room! Also we had to run the water in the bathroom sink and shower for about 10 minutes to get any hot water!

    It’s either AC or heat - not both. During an in-between time (like April), you’re either hot or cold with little control

    Shower took 20+ minutes for water to get warm. Thermostat did not work well - was incredibly hot and could not turn it down.

    Breakfast had a good, basic selection but better than anticipated. Close to public transit.

    Parking available but added $25 to Costco no real chance for street parking in the neighborhood.

    Reasonable location for significantly lower price. Friendly and helpful check-in with office staff.

    I had to pay $50 to park on top of what I had to pay just to stay at the hotel. They gave you no warning about and extra $50. You are basically forced to pay it if you drive to the hotel in your own car.

    It was clean and out of the downtown area.

    A couple of outlets did not work. Overnight staff was very unpleasant. When my room key did not work around 1 am the worker delayed in letting me into the lobby even after I gave home my name and showed the inactive key. He then said, let’s go check this supposedly not working key. His attitude improved as we approached and got to the room and he let me in but said he could not reset my key and I’d have to do it in the morning.

    I like the motel set up of the hotel. Easy to access which is great since my hours were a bit odd.

    The room was so old bathroom should be renew especially shower and shower head. Very old and dirty. Can not take a shower even.

    Surprised by the amount of overhead noise (mostly foot traffic). It didn’t necessarily keep us awake, but it was a little annoying. Seemed to go on until 1:30am and early the next morning too

    Location (if you are looking for proximity to BC, chestnut hill perhaps). It was just ok.

    We had a very loud neighbor and the heating machine was so loud we woke up multiple times at night.

    The rooms temp was capped. Couldn't get the room to be colder, let alone get any proper cool air coming from the fan. Was very hot. Also, the TV isn't a smart TV, so no streaming apps were available.

    Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was accommodating, building and area is pretty quiet as well.

    Never seen seen the property the concierge answered the phone hung up on me and slammed the phone with a giant attitude on the background. I tried to call a few times back hung up on me again hung up and then won’t answer. I lost money.

    On a work trip, the concierge was the front desk hung up on me so I don’t know the experience of the hotel. Never got to see it. I need a full refund.

    Nothing.

    The staff was very friendly. The night manager, Keith, is a super friendly, kind, and accommodating person. I was there for a hospital procedure and he did everything possible to make sure I'd be comfortable in the room when I returned from the procedure, including flowers. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast adequate, loved that there was off street parking, and the location quiet yet close to everything.

    There was someone above our room making so much noise 14hrs a day for 3 days and nights straight so we didn’t sleep well. We called front desk the first night and it continued

    The area wasn’t that great. It’s more like a motel. There was not a way to turn off the heater or turn up the air. I tossed and turned all night because it was just so hot.

    The desk attendant was nice.

    Hotel check in was drawn out even though i had already paid and booked online. Front desk staff repeatedly announced my room number, full name, and credit card number loudly to the entire room with other customers waiting behind me. It was a security risk. Hotel room was clean but not very comfortable and there was a loud noise that kept us awake all night.

    The room was clean and it was a standard hotel breakfast. They let us check in past check in hours when our train broke down and we were stuck on the t for two hours later than planned.

    AC/Fan didn’t work, heat was on constantly, room got up to 75 degrees and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Shower took 20minutes to warm up.

    This have been the saddest hospitality I have ever received. The person in the reception treated me as I had never been treated in my whole life. Besides that, they do not want to give me my money back when I just use the room to get a nap and a shower after passing the whole night seated on a couch (Thanks God the person in the reception didn't find a taxi to kick me out with no internet connection or another play to stay in the middle of the night). It's sad how this can happens to people who just want to visit a city and have a pleasant hospitality. I still want my money back.
