Your exercise room needs updated, only one machine to workout the legs 🦵 could use a walking machine and a bicycle.

The free breakfast was nice and those who worked there for the morning were very helpful. On Friday we went to the bar 🍸 the food and the Hostesses were friendly and good.

We go to woodlands probably once every 2-3 months.I don't get that they want to charge a cover to people staying there for a band that's always there. As a couple staying there we should not have to pay 10$ each to go to executive or streamline bar for this. Of course we did not go and now have a sour taste for the place

Loved the Brick Oven. Pizza was outstanding! All staff were very personable. Free hot breakfast was also great. Rainy weather so we didn’t get outside, however enjoyed the pretty woodland view. Would definitely return.

For the price this was an incredible deal, and I'd feel like a heel to complain about anything.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well supplied with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The comfortable bed had beautiful sheets. The Japanese restaurant onsite surprised me by its quality and value. The included breakfast was quite good, and that the whole stay was just $100 which made it a really fine value, and I will stay there again when in the area.

The mold and mildew smell is still very present. The pool wasn’t clean this time around. Updated ventilation in the lower rooms and pool area would help immensely! The pool area definitely needs ventilation and an upgrade to get rid of a lot of those issues.

Our stay this time was wonderful! I was very happy with our room this year!!! The staff, as always was very pleasant and kind!! I am going to book the same room next year!!

I'm saddened to share that my front desk experiences with this establishment vary. Considerably enough that I must bring to attention here. There are some staff that are mildly to moderately kind and courteous and then there are others that just seem not to be willing to engage, or welcoming on check-in. Often times it has me asking myself if I've done something to that person who's working with me at Check-in, or any stops by the front desk. I can at least vouch for this on my previous two visits here. I try to chalk it up to folks having bad days but I'd like to believe that I'm not apart of the bad day so please don't treat me as the cause. Room issues. The two previous rooms I've stayed in had some sort of issue or defect in them. Something's either not working, damaged, or showing signs of a need for repair / replacement. My fiancé' and I are rather patient people and also very understanding, but it seems to be a trend at least in the rooms that we've stayed in recently. I make it a necessity to be certain to note or take photos upon room check before we even settle in, and make certain that the staff are aware. What also varies are the beds and comfort levels. I have chronic back issues too so it might be me, but I've asked my fiancé about her sleeping experiences and she has had difficulties with this as well during our previous stays. I trust her word on this because she does not have back problems. Like I said though; it varies per room per stay, so there might be efforts going on with updating beds and styles here at the property.

My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for years. We really enjoy the Woodlands for a number of things. The location is prime for entertainment and libations on prem and around the area. We truly love the entertainment that Woodlands brings in on weekends. I've been here a number of times and the talent never disappoints. The clubs, restaurants, and deck bar are excellent. Breakfast buffet is always a pleaser as well. The falls on the Creekside of the property are visually appealing especially after rain swells. They're right next to the Deck Bar and makes the atmosphere that much more incredible. Definitely looking forward to coming here again and again in the future, especially when the Hot Tub is back in service. That was always a fave of ours years' back, and I've been hearing rumblings that it will be back. Very Excited! We definitely recommend this property for an all-inclusive entertaining, and fun time in WB.

While staying here our bed broke, we of course got another room and it was a lot nicer than our first but the rooms overall weren’t bad. We didn’t enjoy the pizza place too much. The pizza was super salty and everything there just seemed like typical food. Wasn’t the best. Definitely took a lot of walking to get from one place to another.

We liked that they had options, on things you can eat. They had both the Japanese Restaurant and Pizza Place. We enjoyed the pool and the variety of things to do within the property. It was comfortable and convenient. We loved the breakfast. It had a lot to choose from and it was so good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
