Very dirty. Floors are disgusting- made my feet black instantly. Bathrooms were not kept up very well. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

Room smelled like smoke (really bad) even though it was a non smoking room. I also found 3 bugs in the room. 2 in the bathroom and one in the main room.

Bed was comfortable and all the staff was extremely friendly.

The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like spoiled ketchup. It seems like the money the hotel makes is not going towards the upkeep of the interior.

The soaps were rough and shampoo smelled awful. The hallways were very dark. The mattress was hard and 3 pillows for 2 people. Had to check out a hair dryer from front desk. Broken glass in parking stall. Vending machine charged multiple x on credit card, over $80 for 2 water bottles. Had to call credit card company and vending company.

Location was good. Facility was quiet. The gentlemen at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Had ability to cook and use of frig if needed.

The elevator was not working. The stairwells were dark and the railing not clean. I felt unsafe a few times using the stairwell and ran into people I had concerns about.

The staff did me a favor and got my room ready for early check in. It was clean and in a very convenient part of town. I could walk to restaurants and shopping. The room had an iron, desk, refrigerator and cook stove. There was a vending machine and laundry available. The bedding was very fresh and comfortable. The Uber drivers knew the location.

Odor in lobby and hall. Smelled line an overflowing radiator. Possibly coming from mechanical room? Also smelled like old fish. Also, the room decor was right up there with an assisted living home for seniors.

Our mother is in a wheelchair and with the elevator not working there was no other access to our room except 3 flights of stairs. So we did limited visiting this weekend. The staff was great and I'm just sad that we couldn't have our mom to our room for dinner that I was able to prepare with the kitchen in the room

CARPET WAS DIRTY, THE STAIRS WERE DIRTY AND SMELLED. THE ELEVATE WAS BROKEN AND MY ROOM WAS ON THE LAST FLOOR.

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. LOTS OF RESTURANTS AND ALL NECCESARY STORES WERE AROUND.

There were people hanging around the property at night making it seem a little shady. The hallways smelled, probably from food being cooked, but the room smelled okay. I was woken up early on the last day of my stay by other guests drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot under my window.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. A massage shower head would have been nice to have.

I didn't have my dog with me and they love dogs. Dogs are allowed I just didn't have her with me.

The staff is wonderful. I'm a recent amputate and they are so good with helping me out. I recommend it. Monica is a front desk agent and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I appreciate her.
