Room needs better cleaning. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets had blood stains. Floor in our room looked like they haven’t vacuum for months. We stayed for 7 days and were told that they were going to change sheets and clean the room every 3 days and never happened. Had to call several times for towels and clean sheets. I asked for shuttle service the night before we left and the man at the front desk was very rude saying that they didn’t offer that service when I think I read about it before booking and also saw the van in front of the building a couple times.

Room was nice and comfortable for a family of 5. Parking was not expensive compared to other hotels. Location was just fine for us, near the airport, less than 20 to downtown and around 30 to Miami beach. Breakfast was good. Used the gym once and it’s just ok if you want a quick mini workout. My kids enjoyed the pool. The lady that checked us in the first day was very kind and friendly.

The food was not great. Obviously frozen food products. The hamburger patties, the fries, the hash browns. The eggs were watery on my first breakfast. I literally poured water from the eggs out from my plate. A small bottle of water was $7. The tap water was horrible. The couch in my room had a big stain on it. Made me not want to sit on it. The TV volume was so low, on full blast could barely hear. And last…There are not shuttles from/to the airport. That alone will prevent me ever staying here.

Matched our need for a one night stay before flying back home. Great to a have a room that can fit a family of 5. Very close to airport and car rental services. Pool was nice. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

We ate in the evening at the hotel and the meal was very poor. Breakfast was basic but very good.

The ;location is great for the airport. You can only move around, safely by taxi or Uber/Lift who were both fantastic.

Need a couple benches in front outside to sit on. Was disappointed that shuttle service was advertised, but was told it was not available. This was one of reasons I booked here. Need to take it off as it is very misleading. Also sorry, but the food there sucks. Could at least open the steel gate to get easier access to Embassy to get food

Paying $30 per day for parking on top of the cost of the room is outrageously expensive.

Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are great. Staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet is really good.

On check-in, we were not told the room cleaning was every 3rd day, and the coffee and cups were not replenished in the room. Also, we were not told we needed a paper in the car if we parked overnight. Almost got the car towed. Asked for coffee at the front desk for the room and was told they would send it up, and it never came .

The property was excellent. Rooms were very comfy. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was ok and had hot items and cereal . Very clean overall. Close to the airport. Will stay here again.

There is no easy way to get there. I took a taxi and it was $17 - mind you it was 1.4 miles to the airport. I was charged $25 to go back to the airport no change , still 1.4 miles. This was without a tip. Highway robbery.

The rooms are starting to become a bit dated and a renovation is probably due in the next few years. Depending from where you're coming from, the hotel is pretty hard to find. The road you need to take is between a one way road that you can't enter, and the the entrance of the Embassy Suites hotel. It's really hard to find. If you miss the turn and decide to take a new approach via NW 31st street, be aware that there is a huge pothole right around the corner from NW S River Drive, which made us blow out a tire. Also the hotel is pretty expensive for the airport.

The frontdesk was very friendly and efficient. I liked that they were directly reachable via phone and not only through some hotline. The rooms are decently sized and well-requiped. Also they're clean, the bed is relatively big and the location is ideal to fly out from MIA, as we did, as the Airport is literally right across the street. Overall recommendation.

I Can’t use a waterpool because Water was cold. This ruinę my stay. The staff tells me about malfunction at the pool, but later that day in the gym i talked to another guest who tells me the pool is broken more then one month. So the information about hotel standards is not true in my opinion.

Fitness and breakfast are very good, most of the staff at lobby treated our family Well.
