The room was dirty. Trash was full. Bed was not made and still hair covered. Bathroom was dirty, only one bath towel. Our neighbors in the room next door were smoking cigarettes and meth in their room. They had two small children who were up all night. The hallway reeked of meth. It appears the long term stays are methheads and hotel is looking more like a trap house each time I visit.

clearly there is a large group of people living there as residents. one of them said it was a halfway house for recently released prisoners. we saw multiple drug deals in the parking lot, a clear prostitute transaction, and a man in a ski mask with a knife was following one of the girls. we were there with a high school sports team (the team mom had made a bulk reservation so we didn’t have a choice where to stay) and the whole team was terrified the whole time- it really ruined our experience. our room had clearly not been cleaned in recent memory- filthy sheets, bathroom and floors. we slept in our clothes on top of the bed and went out and bought new towels. however, ours was a palace compared to some of the others. we arrived there too late at night and had too many girls to switch hotels that night but the team ended up switching hotels the next morning.

Bed, tv size, small dingy poor lighted bathroom, room smelled funny, toilet was badly stained, hallway were disgusting. Although both afternoon and morning clerks were polite, they were dressed inappropriately: scarfs and rags tied around hair was very unprofessional.

When I first arrived I like to check out the cleanliness of the room. The sheets had your regular small washed out stains. But the worst part was the dirty toilet seat and the clogged toilet with A POOP STILL IN IT! A pre-pooped toilet.

The lady serving breakfast was amazing! The bed was pretty comfortable. And the hotel was close to things to do.

Unprofessional staff representing the hotel. Didn't feel safe in this hotel. Several men outside roaming the grounds. The parking lot was filthy. A lot of debris in the parking lot. Poor lighting at night.

The facilities were much different than what was pictured online. Our hair dryer caught fire and when we told the front desk person nothing was done. We asked for an extra blanket because there was none on the bed when we arrived and we received one that had cigarette burns in it. We were told there were no others because they were remodeling and that “things were missing”. The parking lot was covered in broken glass and screws making it a hazard for our vehicle. We did not take part in the breakfast because we saw it being put out the night before at 10pm for the 6am breakfast service.

The size of the room was to be expected.

Elevator trouble. Dirty sheets on bed. Water was turned off in the room due to remodeling. Couldn't call maintenance on the room phone because it did not work. Water was turned on after walking down and then back up a few flights of stairs to complain.

The room had a odor and the toliet was still dirty from the last guest. There were no complimentary toiletries. Overall staff was friendly. The mattress was hard as a brick and lumpy.

Pretty much the entire experience. Remodeling can't come soon enough. Property is worst Baymont I've ever visited. Not at all what I expected.

This was definitely one of my least enjoyable hotel experiences. First off the property was extremely hard to get to because there was construction blocking both entrances so I had to drive around the block a couple times until I just decided to wiggle my way past the construction barriers to get in. The front desk staff was very nice, that’s the only positive to this stay. Once in the room I noticed that it smelled strange and it was not clean at all. I found M&Ms and clumps of hair next to the nightstand, and the toilet has looks like it’s been there for 30 years. Half of the hotel is blocked off due to construction but the entire place has a low rent hotel apartment feel to it. At midnight the person above me connected a Bluetooth speaker and was bumping rap and bass so loudly that my headboard was vibrating. I called the front desk about 130 to complain and she attempted to call the room but nothing ever came of it. Shortly after that there was somebody outside of my room in the hallway playing loud music on their phone. Eventually another guest opened his door to yell down the hall at the person playing the music with several profanities but again, it did nothing to stop the music. Construction started shortly after seven which was very irritating considering I didn’t get to bed until almost 3 AM. Upon departure the front desk staff, a different person this time, was standing outside of the main entrance smoking. It was a 4 Hour drive for me and I made the trip to avoid getting up that early the next day and driving. Definitely would have been better off at home. For almost $90 a night, I would have expected at least a decent nights sleep.

There were no washcloths or big towels to dry off with. The bathtub felt like it was sinking in the middle. The towel rack for the sink was broken. No alarm clock. The remote for the tv didn't work for turning on the tv or the volume.

Romm smelled, , toilet seat old snd nasty. Chair broken in the room. I had to go down stairs 3 times because the kjey wouldnt work, so the final tim going down he just gavecmeca key to a diffetent room. Never was told when breakkfast and what time it end.
