Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesRoom, Not as clean as expected, no minifridge, no tv connectivity with other devices, old furniture, charging for staying overnight at the parking lot is unfair, resort fees is total opacity, carpets and roughs looks ugly, old and not classy at all. Have been to Vegas at different resorts, this was not my best staying
Bed and pillows remarkable, buffette very good but pricey, casino is average, staff is the best

United StatesUnfortunately the room was obviously not cleaned completely as we found a women's dress under the chairs, it blended in with the curtains so we didn't see it until we were looking outside
When you walk in there are signs everywhere telling you where things are! Our room was beautiful with a veiw of the pyramid! The bathroom was spotless and beautiful

United StatesThere was no option to watch Netflix or any other streaming services on the TV. The only available options were a few movies or random things that cost $13 to watch through a system that looked like it was from the 80s. Empty shampoo in the bathroom. No way to open the windows. No included breakfast option (as far as we know). A water bottle costs $7 in the building. The nearest market with a reasonable price per water bottle (Target) we could find was a 30 minutes walk away.
The room was clean and nice! The beds were comfortable. The automated check in was fast and worked smoothly, but we got assigned a room on the first floor (apparently it assigns from the bottom first). We got our room changed on request to a higher floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United StatesCheck in line was super long with only two workers. It took over an hour. We did eat breakfast at the Luxor in the morning which was average food and I guess average cost for a buffet but still very expensive. Resort fee seems to be standard even though we were only in the hotel for a few hours to get some sleep before moving on.
Luxor is on the strip and close to the airport. We were just staying one night and it served our purpose. The parking charge was removed from our bill after my husband complained about the check in procedure.

ItalyNo refrigerator in the room. No coffee machine, or boiler for tea in room. Many rooms very far from elevators. Access to stairs is restricted. too little staff for reception ane bell hop creatint constant lines and long waits. Difficult to suggest this hotel for business travel.
Clean room. Good price for room size. indoor connections to the more expensive nicer hotels/casino and convention center: Mandalay Bay, Delano. Can get to these without going outside which is convenient.

United StatesThe staff at the desks were rude, the elevators have exposed panels, and the toilet in the room was growing mold. Also, they clean the windows, but don’t mention this, and the banging wakes you up early.
Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

United KingdomBooked a Premier King in the Pyramid and was "upgraded to one of the towers. I actually think we were shafted, the tower rooms don't look like they have been refurbished at all. The dark wood everywhere makes the room feel dark and dingey. If this is offered to you, I'd say stick with the pyramid room. It is a trek and a half to the Elevator bank for the towers. Only plus side is that these elevators are closer to the pool if you plan on using it.
Rooms was big and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. Amenities were ok, but bathroom was a little worn and dated. Was expecting a mini fridge, but there wasn't one in our room. Casino was good, plenty of tables and slot machines available. Pool was very shallow and there is not many places to sit in the shade. This hotel is almost at the bottom end of the strip, but it is easy to get up and down the strip using the local Deuce bus service, the free shuttle to the Excalibur is also super handy, along with the internal walkways.

AustraliaPrices for anything in the Vegas Casinos is outrageous. Beer and basic food prices are way over the top. ATM fees are also way too high especially consider they are going to win it anyway.

United StatesThe check in was a nightmare. I know this is a typical Las Vegas complaint, but it was unbelievable how long it took. Waiting in the snaking line with maybe 80-100 people with only three clerks. Each person averaged about 10-15 minutes to talking to the their clerks with nearly all having some type of issue. The mobile check in option didn’t work. I spent nearly 2 hours checking in starting at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night.
The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. No noise from the casino
