Clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and attentive. Moved to this motel because the neighboring Baymont was roach infested with a horrible staff. Even saved money on same day booking.

The breakfast was a joke. It was really a waste. Nothing to drink but little cartons of milk. The packaged cake & muffins were good. Didn't try the pool but it looked unkept.

Overall the room could have been cleaner dirty carpet and bathroom floor. Breakfast would have been decent if the staff could be bothered to stock it.

Could not believe that I could not get bottled water anywhere within the facility!!!!! Came during rain storm and impossible to get out and drive to find some. The smell in the halls was horrible. Yapping dog kept me up. The bathroom was not that clean. Small bugs all over in the bathroom...looked like small sugar ants. The sheets appeared clean, but had a funny smell. Stains in the chair in the room made me not want to even sit in it.

Location was the only good thing about the hotel. The bed was comfortable. Price. (But keep in mind, you get what you pay for!)

The Microtel & Inn ,Suits ; outside the Hotel and the area around the hotel looks very, very good , but inside the hotel is alot of work to be done , ( Example ) Needs a very Major Undate ,from coded keys and door locks to rooms, as well the badroom itself also the Floors within ,,,,,,, !!!!!!

The Breakfast was okay , Beds were very good and big, and the " Staff with personal were very friendly and helpful .

The adverts for the pool are misleading. The pool is right in the middle of a carpark, literally, cars and roads are all around it. The pool was dirty and out of action.

The noise. I was in my room getting ready for bed and heard the details of conversations taking place outside my door in the hall, I checked the peek hole. Looked up and down the hall. The hall was empty! That happened throughout the night. That and slammed doors. Bummer. Otherwise, great location, room and rate.

The hotel looks dirty. The carpets and the smell are terrible. The breakfast is very poor. The lock door doesn't work. You can hear all the noises from nearby rooms. Little privacy. If you want to sleep at night, it's almost impossible.

The price is comfortable. But I think it's better to pay a little more at another hotel and feel more comfortable.

There was a crack about 3 ft long in the ceiling by the door and the bathroom sink appeared to be pulling away from the wall. The bed was lumpy and saggy. It could use a little “freshen-up”

Very strong odor of cigarette smoke on second floor that lingered all night. Upon checking in management assured me there was no smoking and went on about how there was a 400 dollar fine for smoking in the hotel. There are signs posted also but someone didn't seem to care. It hit you right of the elevator. Breakfast was frozen small items- nothing fresh. Everything had to be microwaved.

Good location right off the interstate. Short walk to Ruby Tuesday and several fast food joints

Actually I think the rooms are in need of maintenance; little things like the TV wouldn't shut off 😄. But, most importantly, the location was clean.

Breakfast: Basic continental fare, bagels, toast, muffins, cereals, yogurt, etc..no fresh fruit. Would like to have tried the pancakes, but device out of order. Location: Close to interstate 10. A few miles from the Florida Caverns. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the manager on duty, Tiffany. She went out of her way to accommodate me. She continued to assure I was in need of nothing. I found the employees friendly and courteous.
