We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was a bunch of ticks even on the dog relief area. Our room was very smelly, like it wasn’t clean properly. We needed to buy Lysol to improve the odor.
The view was beautiful but there was some renovations going on

Amazing views of the bay from the hill....just awesome. Probably best view in the area. The room was really large and very fine bedding and comfortable bed with coffee maker, fridge and microwave - always something I try to find. Would prefer no carpeting but it was fine. My suggestion would be to add bolt locks....that was the only thing that I didn't like....no bolt lock and flimsy lock with chain. But we always travel with a portable battery powered alarm that goes under the door and really felt fine. Would stay here again. Helen at the desk was just lovely!

United StatesThe bathroom was outdated and shabby. There was mold on the shower curtain, some on the 70's era pink tile around the tub and some moldy, peeling paint above the tiling. The tub drain was rusty and the tub was narrow and old and could use a reglazing... or better yet, replacement with a tub surround. There isn't a fan in the bathroom to help remove the moisture after showering, which would help the mold issues.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel has incredible views and lots of amenities... walking trails, dog park, pool, tennis courts and a delicious continental breakfast. The bedding and towels were fantastic and luxurious. There were two sinks which was incredibly helpful in getting ready in the morning. The room was spacious with ample space to hang clothing but could have used a few more hangers. The television had an incredible picture, although we only watched it minimally in the morning for the news while getting ready for the day.

United StatesThe room had potential but had very few furnishings. It seems the property is quite outdated and the ownership has put little into making this a nice resort. In other words, they're resting on their laurels.
The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us... she put us in a room with a balcony upon arrival as the original room assigned to us had no view or balcony.

United StatesDefinitely needs some updating. Maids were cleaning rooms a little too early in the morning. Our refrigerator kept leaking, and the door knob out to our lanai was very loose. Could’ve use a little more lighting.
Location was great, loved the view from our lanai.  Very comfortable bed, great dog friendly property, plenty of areas to walk him. Nice continental breakfast

United StatesThere was very little water pressure. The pictures online can be a little misleading. We only stayed two nights and both days a man slept in a work van in the parking lot. It made us a little uncomfortable.
Location to local beaches and lighthouses was great. The bed was super comfortable. Just shy of six minute drive into Provincetown. Coffee pot in room. Tea bags would have been a plus.

United StatesOnly one thing... the housecleaning gets there too late. We left at 9am to go into town. Returned at 3 and they were still in our room. Had to wait in the car. Another day they never came by. They never replenished the coffee for our 4 day stay.
The proximity to P-town was perfect. Just a 5 min. Ride to the center of town. The view was excellent. We could sit out on the balcony and watch the boats in the bay. We also got treated to a view of the coast guard ship " Eagle ". The only 3 masted ship in operation in America! Wonderful

We enjoyed the free continental breakfast and views from our balcony. We also enjoyed the perks of the sister location, Provincetown Inn, and went to a pool party there by showing our room keys from this hotel.
